I'd like to start off by saying, this is my honest review. Im not a friend or family of the owner or people who work here, this is my experience. As an adult, I knew finding a dental office where I felt safe and calm was incredibly important. I’ve always hated going to the dentist due to negative experiences growing up. I come to Sheridan Dental for my dental appointments. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. I was on the wait list for a cleaning and they booked me in very quickly. The cleaning was good, no bleeding gums and you have the choice of choosing your polishing flavour. Definitely recommend them!
I have always been scared of the dentist, however Dr. Lam, Dr. Francis and the team always help put my feelings at ease. They make you feel comfortable and communicate every step of the way and always make sure your are ok. My entire family visit the practice and we are always amazed how the staff treat us like family. They are always laughing with us and asking how things are.
My first impression with Sheridan Dental by talking to the front desk is it is a very supportive and courteous dental clinic. My on site experience confirmed my furst impression. The place is clean and orderly. The dental cleaning is great and the staff is friendly. Dr Lam is very professional and he took the time to respond to my questions for which I am very thankful.
Dr. Lam is an amazing dentist! He’s so fast, gentle, and makes sure I never feel any pain during my appointments. I even followed him from his Vaughan location because he’s that great. He’s professional, caring, and always makes me feel comfortable. The clinic is clean, and the staff is super friendly. I couldn’t recommend him more!
