For me giving a survey is important because I do not like Dentist but I must say that the two ladies that worked on my teeth. Yesterday were brilliant. They did not cause no pain and pain is the main reason. I don’t go to Dentist. They were friendly and they are pleasant to talk to and they took their time with me. It was an absolutely wonderful experience doing my dental implants with Dr. Lam. He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I had two dental implants done. The treatment started last year and involved X-rays, CT scans, reassessments, and several steps along the way. Luckily, everything went smoothly. I had a wonderful experience at sheridan dental clinic yesterday. I went in for a cavity filling and a regular dental cleaning, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable.Especially, the receptionists were very excellent and welcoming. The dentist did an excellent job with the filling, and the cleaning was very thorough.
My daughter's first appointment went amazingly. They made her feel comfortable, explained everything they were doing before doing it. Kept it positive and reassured her the entire time. All in all it was a positive experience for a child with many sensitivity issues. As a parent with a neurodivergent child, it couldn't have gone better.
Dr. Lam is our favorite dentist! I have referred my whole family and a lot of people to him. He is very skilled and give good advise with reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I'll definitely keep him and his office busy!
