Reception and Dental hygienist experience was very good. 3 stars because I can't get bookings with my regular preferred hygienist because she's booked up with non-regulars. I was there for the 1st appointment of day at opening, 8am and discovered they no longer have complimentary coffee at the reception even though the coffee machine was there and plugged in. Seems the customer experience isn't what it use to be.
Splendid! The Dentist, Hygienist, Techs and Admin Staff were all dedicated professionals in their respective fields. I obtained more in-depth knowledge on preventive dental practice. Thank you Sue. It is valuable and huge plus-factor for any person with or without teeth. Lols! All in all it was a very pleasant visit. I highly recommend their services to anyone's dental needs. I have been going here for as long as i can remember (I think 30+ years) and have had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff and facilities. I've been seeing Anne all this time and will continue to do so until she longer wishes to see me :). Highly recommend them for anything you need as they've even accommodated other members of my family with dental emergencies.
Cleaning was fast and thorough. The technician was professional, friendly and I enjoyed to have my teeth cleaned by them. So much so, I think I fell asleep during the procedure. They provided a lot of feedback on what was (and wasn't) working with my daily cleaning routine, and accommodated me with my insurance payments and scheduling difficulties. I highly recommend them if they are looking for a new dentist!
