The team at Sheridan as always has been great. Was able to get in next day for a broken filling without an appointment. Was in and out in a hour.
The doctor was good, but I was really disappointed with the billing. They charged my insurance company $446 just for X-rays. My insurance only covered $362, saying the charges exceeded the allowable amount — even though my plan covers 100% of X-ray benefits. I had to pay the rest out of pocket. They should have checked beforehand which X-rays were covered under my plan. I’ve been to other dentists and never had to pay for X-rays like this.
