I was recently taken on as a patient by Shifa dentistry. And as a patient on ODSP it was hard to find a dentist that could assist me. Shifa dentistry took me on no problem. They are very friendly and compassionate and my recent appointment was to extract my wisdom tooth the dentist and assistant where very kind and they took there time to assure my appointment went well.They provided me with a syringe and gauze and a paper with instructions on the healing process. I am very grateful to find such nice Dental care.
A huge thank you to the wonderful doctor and her friendly, professional staff! The care I received at Shifa dental clinic was exceptional—everyone was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!
Dr. Hakimi is an amazing dentist, he’s thorough, to the point but also very caring. His dental assistant is sweet and slides in moments of small humour to make the visit feel less long. Thanks again to the whole Shifa team for the great dental care I’ve received.
Beautiful clean office. Great with kids. I arrived early asked the front desk to verify that my insurance would cover my exam and cleaning, they failed to do so. Then asked again before my cleaning was started. They came back and notified me that it would NOT be covered. I asked to reschedule my appointment and was DENIED THAT option. The dentist herself came in and told me that she would be charging me a cancellation fee of $75 if I did not have anything done. “Imagine you schedule a surgery and then don’t show up ”….
