Always great experience at Shifa Dentistry! The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Syeda is very knowledgeable, pleasant, honest, and straight forward. She always takes time to explain everything and to answer questions. Definitely recommend
I was recently taken on as a patient by Shifa dentistry. And as a patient on ODSP it was hard to find a dentist that could assist me. Shifa dentistry took me on no problem. They are very friendly and compassionate and my recent appointment was to extract my wisdom tooth the dentist and assistant where very kind and they took there time to assure my appointment went well.They provided me with a syringe and gauze and a paper with instructions on the healing process. I am very grateful to find such nice Dental care.
It’s a great place to go. Quiet environment, friendly staff, and the dentist I saw takes his time to cause minimal to no pain. If you have 100% dental coverage with Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) there are no fees like some other dentists charge. Plus there’s a bus that drops you off near by, and free parking. Sadly it’s not the 80’s or early 90’s… No lollipop afterwards. LOL
A huge thank you to the wonderful doctor and her friendly, professional staff! The care I received at Shifa dental clinic was exceptional—everyone was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!
Took me in quick after setting up an appointment, and Dr. Martinez was great, asked me all the questions needed and everything I needed to know before taking the polish and fluoride, what am I supposed to do in the meantime what I can’t eat etc. And she’s done a great job at doing so taking all the tests needed and more, Dr. Sayed (I hope i got her name right) was great aswell, checked with everything else and told me what I did need.
