Dr. Hakimi is an amazing dentist, he’s thorough, to the point but also very caring. His dental assistant is sweet and slides in moments of small humour to make the visit feel less long. Thanks again to the whole Shifa team for the great dental care I’ve received.
Beautiful clean office. Great with kids. I arrived early asked the front desk to verify that my insurance would cover my exam and cleaning, they failed to do so. Then asked again before my cleaning was started. They came back and notified me that it would NOT be covered. I asked to reschedule my appointment and was DENIED THAT option. The dentist herself came in and told me that she would be charging me a cancellation fee of $75 if I did not have anything done. “Imagine you schedule a surgery and then don’t show up ”…. DR. HAKIMI and DRA. SYEDA was very thorough and explained everything clearly during my check up. The filling that DR. HAKIMI did on my teeth was excellent and I feel so much better. The teeth cleaning was very gentle and thorough too. Thank you! I really appreciate the comfortable and clean environment of the office as well and I’m always impressed with the staffs’s friendly and professional demeanor.
