By far the best dentist office I have ever been too. Clean environment. Very friendly staff. Dr. Caldwell was amazing. Didn't judge me for my horrible teeth and extracted two teeth and I didn't feel much of anything. Also very quick and efficient. Returning next month for my next fix.
The whole staff there is always very friendly and professional. The staff genuinely cares for the well-being and satisfaction of all of their patients. Prices are fair and affordable. The ambience of the whole dental office is on point. I loved watching the Tom and Jerry cartoons on the suspended monitor while you were lying down getting your teeth worked on. I’ve taken my 11 y/o daughter here multiple times to address her dental needs and have nothing but great things to say about our experiences. The whole staff is so welcoming, kind, and helped my daughter who is usually anxious about the dentist feel extremely comfortable while she’s being taken care of there. The staff were great and very friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha who was very sweet and did a great job. Dr. Caldwell on the other hand seemed very agitated that day, which made me completely nervous while he was working on my teeth. He would sigh really heavy and was a bit rude to his assistant. Not sure I’d want him to work on my beautiful smile again.
After 10 years of trusting this office—primarily because of Sandy and Dr. Caldwell, whose services have always been top-notch—I feel compelled to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately disappointing.
