I’ve been going to Signature Smiles for over 20 years. I have had both pleasant and unpleasant experiences. I have never had an unpleasant experience getting dental work done though. I have had issues with office staff being clipped, unresponsive, slow to answer, etc. However, that has gotten better over the years. Over the holidays I chipped my tooth and made an appointment. Everyone greeted me, they were friendly, kind, and courteous. The office area, the restroom, and examining room were very clean. I enjoyed my visit very much. Pleased to start having them take care of my dental needs. Highly recommend them, their service was excellent.
Once again, Dr Caldwell does not disappoint. He patched a couple teeth until I can get insurance to pay for the crown! He is the best and the most practical dentist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend him and his other dentists!
The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was great. But I had to ask for the cleaning or they weren’t going to do it. The actual Dentist that came to ask about my concerns was no help. She refused to do any type of cosmetic dental work and actually told me to go another dentist instead. I also had to point out a cavity that is clearly visible after they didn’t see any cavities. Friendly staff and amazing doctors. They solved an issue I had with left over glue from braces from another location. I had been tryung to remove the glue for two yeats and they did it in a few minutes. They were the best!
