I had a wonderful experience at Signature Smiles of Bastrop. The dental assistant was incredibly warm, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Fawzi is truly the best—thorough, attentive, and exceptionally skilled. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes dental care feel easy and stress-free.
Dr Caldwell is the best! He is very professional, and works diligently and with compassion to find every possible way to fix a tooth. He removed a crown on one of my molars, and completely cleared out all of the rotten tooth that was underneath. His office staff and assistance are very skilled. It was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Caldwell!
Honestly amazing experience with the entire team. Front desk ladies are so nice and know what they're doing which is refreshing. The techs I've had are the sweetest. Allison is an AMAZING hygienist and the deep cleaning was actually not bad at all. Dr. McGuffin is the sweetest doctor and she is so peaceful. She has this aura about her that makes you feel like everything is going to be alright. Love this place!! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient. What's not to love?
Yesterday was my first visit and it was a very positive one! The staff was so friendly & efficient in performing their procedures. Dr. Caldwell was delightful! He took his time to do a comprehensive check of my teeth and gave me peace of mind in my areas of concern. I was able to make follow up appointments for later in the week! Plus, I absolutely love the office music!!!!
Our last two experiences have been great. I mean they convinced a 3 year old to get x-rays without hassle. That's pretty good in my opinion. So, kid friendly and child is given explanation about their responsibilities to their teeth. Thanks Signature Smiles!
