Staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. Procedure for all my fillings (spread across 4 different days) were smooth, fast and painless. Even if I come early, they were readily available to do my appointment. No wait time. Hygienist was awesome too, made me feel comfortable and gave me a lot of tips to help maintain my teeth! I have been to Silverado Dental multiple times, and I had the best experience. Please proceed with caution. I saved thousands of dollars by getting a second opinion and I even got a third opinion to be 100% sure. The reason I went to this office was because it was in closest proximity to my new home. I was skeptical after reading the bad reviews but decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, it was a very unethical experience. They made me see a treatment coordinator before even looking in my mouth - why would they assume I needed extra treatment after my appointment? Had a wonderful experience here, even getting a crown! That says something! The staff were friendly and very hospitable, the dental hygienist was amazing - professional, thorough, and considerate, and the dentist was very good - didnt feel the needle for the freezing, was quick and efficient.
