Super lovely clinic. They accept patients using the Canadian Dental Plan, and I only paid 29 bucks for cleaning, polish and fluoride. My hygienist Maxine was awesome, and the front desk staff were very friendly and on top of things. The equipment, building and furniture are all really clean and in great condition, and the complimentary coffee was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend.
I recently had a tooth extraction done at Silverado Dental with Dr. Nicolas Capp, and honestly, it was a much better experience than I expected. I was pretty nervous going in because of some painful extractions I’ve had in the past, but this one went incredibly smooth. There was basically no pain at all, which really surprised me. I had some questions about the billing and the women at the front desk were immensely helpful and knowledgeable. A special Thank you to Dr. West and to McKayla (sorry about the spelling) it was good to hear a familiar name. Dr. West my care was superb and painless. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The interior is quite beautiful with a lot of wood accents which help to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The receptionist is very kind and friendly. I had 5 previous fillings redone all in 1 session which was very efficient and surprisingly faster than I had anticipated! Dr. Nick has an impressive skill at numbing without feeling the needle AT ALL, I have never experience that before in all my previous work at other clinics. A very unethical dental facility. We have a disabled relative who lives with us. She lives on disability and was told by her government worker that her dental work was covered just to wait until it is approved. Silverado pressured her to get it done right away (they're relentless when they want your money). So being mentally disabled she gave in and got it done.
