I scheduled the appointment because I live nearby. I had no idea if the place was good or not. I originally booked just a cleaning, but they were able to fit my son in for X-rays and complete the cavities. I got everything done in one visit. I don't know his name, but the guy at the reception was very proactive and friendly. Great staff. They were amazing with my son.
The follow up prior to my appointment was superb. Kept on reminding me to ensure I did not forget. Reception was perfect so friendly and assisted with my Sunlife claim; made it easy. The Dentist was super friendly. Everything was just a five star experience and all staff were super friendly.
I have been visiting Silverado Dental Wellness for the past 2years and they make me feel comfortable and welcome. On my visit today, Charlotte was so excellent, friendly, courteous, skilled, and professional. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and giving me relevant tips and information. I highly recommend Charlotte and the entire Silverado Dental team. Kudos to y'all. You guys rock!
As a new patient, I found my appointments were efficient and welcoming. With my high anxiety, they ensured I was comfortable and that everything was okay during each procedure. The staff are friendly and understanding.
I rarely ever use the dentist as good oral hygiene and a youth with braces and jaw surgery pretty much set me up for life. However, around 1.5 years ago, I decided to get a nice clean and polish before my wedding and honeymoon. For reference, I had not been to the dentist in around 5 years at this point.
