My son had a dentist appointment in the evening. Once he was done with the Hygienist he was informed that he would need to come back as the Dentist was not in the office to complete his appointment. Had to schedule another appointment. Going forward it would be appreciated to maybe inform clients. Clearly our time isn’t as important as the Dentist’s. Poor service, probably need to look into finding another Dentist. If you’re looking for a new Dentist office you might want to look elsewhere IMO.

I've been coming here for about 10 years now! After having years of traumatic dental experiences and never being able to settle with one dentist, this office changed all of that. Dr. Babawi, Dr. Ma and Dr. Nathan has been taking care of me for a long time now and I trust them 100% with my dental care. All of the hygienists are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Laura is the best hygienist and the main reason I’ve been going here since long before their current location. Unfortunately I can’t give 5 stars because when I called to change my appointment due to a snowstorm the receptionist didn’t handle it as well as one would expect from them

I visited Smile Dental on June 13, 2024 for a dental appointment and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I received. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcomed.
