I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We took my dad there for a Sat urgent appointment. They got him in and we're fantastic. My dad is 90 and suffering with mental decline. Since getting his teeth fixed he has broken them ( he broke them, not an issue with quality- 💯 was him!) , lost them and has needed to be seen 5 times!! I've always been scared of dental work since my past experiences have been bad. But here, all those fears are gone since I experienced nothing but good here. I have been a customer for Smile Dental Studio for almost ten years. Whenever I go for my appointments, I always come across personnel that are consummate professional associates. Both the Doctors and Dental Hygienist's staff are very personal and are up front with any information that is relevant to the individual. The general atmosphere is very friendly and calm. They can be very personable and treat you as an individual and not just a customer or number.
Amazing customer service, great environment. Appointments are always on time. The hygiene dentist who saw me last time made me feel comfortable and made sure to explain everything she was doing. I have been going to this place for almost 8 years and never dessapoints. Great work !
Love this dentist office they are so polite and professional they actually care, I had bad experiences in the past with other dentists so I was very scared but they made me comfortable thank God for These beautiful kindhearted people and the doctors that work here. Definitely going to stay and highly recommend to others needing work done.
