I had a fantastic experience! The dental hygienist was very gentle and professional. She gave useful advice on my oral hygiene and cleaned my teeth thoroughly without any pain or sensitivity. I also greatly appreciated her efficiency (e.g., lack of small talk). The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you so much!
The people here are so friendly and professional. From booking appts over the phone, to the first point of contact at the reception and the services done by the dentist, hygienist and dental assistants. My first dental clinic since I moved here in Canada and I am satisfied with the service since day one.
Dr. Francis is great at making you feel as comfortable as possible. He listens to your concerns and eases any anxieties you may be feeling. He’d also a wizard when it comes to freezing - you barely feel a thing, if at all! The staff are always warm and welcoming as well. I always recommend this clinic when someone is looking for a new dentist.
Honestly, I have not one negative or con about my experience at Smile Estethics. I went in about a previous filling that had become mobile and within 2 weeks of my initial exam I was booked in and ready for a root canal. I was a bit nervous about this procedure but was accommodated from the start. They didn’t make me feel bad for asking questions and provided me with helpful information.
