I had a fantastic experience! The dental hygienist was very gentle and professional. She gave useful advice on my oral hygiene and cleaned my teeth thoroughly without any pain or sensitivity. I also greatly appreciated her efficiency (e.g., lack of small talk). The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you so much!
The people here are so friendly and professional. From booking appts over the phone, to the first point of contact at the reception and the services done by the dentist, hygienist and dental assistants. My first dental clinic since I moved here in Canada and I am satisfied with the service since day one.
Excellent practice. I’ve been getting Invisalign with Dr Souliotis. I’m middle aged and I have previous orthodonture (when I was in my early 20’s) that started to fail (despite permanently attached wires behind some teeth) almost as soon as it was completed. I’m so impressed with Dr Souliotis’ commitment to function as well as appearance. Dr. Francis is great at making you feel as comfortable as possible. He listens to your concerns and eases any anxieties you may be feeling. He’d also a wizard when it comes to freezing - you barely feel a thing, if at all! The staff are always warm and welcoming as well. I always recommend this clinic when someone is looking for a new dentist.
Shoutout to Dr. Sethi for being the best dentist ever. Really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and safe and the procedure went by so quickly. 10/10 would recommend
