Dr. Sethi and his assistant Dayna are absolutely wonderful. I had an appointment yesterday and didn’t feel well after the freezing, and they were both incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They reassured me that my health was the priority and that rescheduling would be no trouble at all if I needed it. Highly recommend Smile Esthetics! I had a great experience because Lauren is an amazing Treatment Coordinator. She handled my insurance perfectly and followed up until almost everything was covered, which saved me a lot of stress. Plus, Dr. Francis is a very skilled and proficient dentist who did an excellent job with my fillings and crowning, and his guidance throughout the process was really helpful.
I’ve had 2 dental emergencies at Smile Esthetics in the last few years requiring an extraction and, more recently, a root canal. Both times, I’ve felt supported and am so grateful to the staff. With the latter, Dr Sethi and Dana were amazing at scheduling last minute appointments and taking the time to investigate, relieving the pain, referring me to a specialist, and then following up. I recently had a free consultation for Invisalign because Smile Aesthetics was recommended by two co-workers of mine. I now understand why. Dr. Chris and his team explained the entire process to me in a way that was very easy to understand. Imaging my particular teeth was quick. Not 16 X-rays or something crazy. It was an informative and educational appointment regarding Invisalign. I have yet to officially start the process but I will be getting my Invisalign here for sure! Good job Smile Aesthetics 👍
