The people here are so friendly and professional. From booking appts over the phone, to the first point of contact at the reception and the services done by the dentist, hygienist and dental assistants. My first dental clinic since I moved here in Canada and I am satisfied with the service since day one.

I've been a patient of Dr. Francis for a long time now. I asked him if he could take charge of my oral health which was falling apart due to financial decisions and lack of priorities. Ever since that day, my oral health has been great and I have a beautiful, confident smile. He understands people have to make financial choices, and is very professional and caring about the issues we face as patients. The staff at Smile esthetics are also friendly and professional. I highly recommend and thank Dr. Shane Francis and his team.

I had a fantastic experience! The dental hygienist was very gentle and professional. She gave useful advice on my oral hygiene and cleaned my teeth thoroughly without any pain or sensitivity. I also greatly appreciated her efficiency (e.g., lack of small talk). The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Dr. Francis is great at making you feel as comfortable as possible. He listens to your concerns and eases any anxieties you may be feeling. He’d also a wizard when it comes to freezing - you barely feel a thing, if at all! The staff are always warm and welcoming as well. I always recommend this clinic when someone is looking for a new dentist.
