I’ve been going to Smile Garden now for years and it has been nothing but great. The staff are all helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. In the past I’ve had experiences with “rough” cleanings in other dentist offices and I would walk out with sore and sometimes even bleeding gums but never at Smile Garden. Furthermore they make the insurance processing seamless and submit all paperwork on your behalf to your providers. The office is convenient to get to and both clean and inviting to visit. I’m so impressed with Smile Garden! From the moment you walk in, the staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Dr. Ali is truly amazing—he’s wonderful with kids, always taking the time to let them set the pace and feel comfortable during their appointments. The front desk staff are very friendly and always greet the patients entering with a smile and a warm welcome. They are accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable. This clinic does direct billing to insurance companies. The clinic is clean, and has a family-friendly decor and atmosphere. The hygienist, Daniella is gentle, caring, and very competent. While the staff are friendly and it was quick to book an appointment when my filling came out, the nerves in my tooth were agitated during what was supposed to be a simple procedure. I experienced tooth pain for weeks afterwards and came back to see if the filling was done properly. The dentist gave me fluoride paste which was supposed to calm the inflammation/nerve, but it didn't do much to resolve the situation. I ended up going to a different dentist to fix the nerve pain.

A very nice, customer-oriented dental clinic. If it's your first visit, keep in mind that you'll likely need to book two appointments for a full cleaning — the first one is usually for x-rays, which came as a surprise to me. That said, after I shared my concerns, the clinic kindly offered a complimentary cleaning, which I really appreciated. The staff made a professional impression, and overall, I’m satisfied with the service and both of my visits (though I initially expected it to be just one).
