I highly recommend SmileON Dental! Dr. Chin is amazing. He is gentle, thorough, and always makes sure you’re comfortable and informed. My kids love Dr. Chin. The team is wonderful too, especially Tanya at the front desk—always friendly and welcoming. The clinic is clean, modern, and has such a positive vibe. Every visit has been a great experience!

I recently switched from 7 Dental to SmileON as I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism. I had my second appointment at SmileON today and I am happy with the treatment I received throughout. My favourite hygienist, Sarah also works there now, and this is part of the reason I switched. The staff at SmileON are very friendly, the practice is very nicely decorated and I was able to get my appointments relatively fast.
The clinical care at this office was good, the hygienist was gentle and the dentist was polite. My main concern is that the office didn’t explain their fees before the visit. I gave my insurance information ahead of time, but no one went over pricing until after the appointment. The final cost for a routine cleaning, and imaging was much higher than what I’ve paid at other clinics.
