I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 3 years and have always had a great experience. The front desk team is always friendly and welcoming, whether on the phone or in person. My previous dentist was Dr. Chen before retirement, and now I see Dr. Dami. Both have been excellent and very professional. I’ve had different experiences with hygienists in the past, but Sara Pen has given me the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. I’m very scared of needles, but the staff were extremely kind, patient, and understanding with me. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and handled everything very professionally. I truly appreciate how gentle and reassuring they were. I highly recommend this clinic!
Dr Dami (our family dentist) is always very proactive, empathetic and happy to answer any questions about my treatment. He gives you options for treatment and explains clearly why each one is important. He is very gentle, and I have fallen asleep on two occasions whilst having my treatment done. We left 7Dental for onSmile because we missed our dental hygienist Sarah (transferred from 7Dental to onSmile). We do not regret it at all. My kids and I had a great experience with the dental assistant, the front desk staff and best of all Sarah! She is so kind and gentle and explains everything! Got two separate dentists in separate days and both were great and very good! Especially the male dentist for my kids. Thank you for the wonderful first experiences, great place overall!
My experience with SmileON was terrific. My normal Dentist could not offer an Emergency visit appointment for at least 3 weeks, so SmileON was contacted and an appointment was arranged for the following day. Text message confirmed the appointment and provided instructions on what was needed by me and this info was returned by the same method, so when I arrived the Receptionist had all the necessary documents and I promptly took a seat in the waiting room.
