I brought my son to Rosy at this relatively new clinic. I didn't even know it existed until I came out of London drugs, they should have more signage in the mall. Anyway, she was so amazing with my son and he didn't feel any pain. He was so happy and usually doesn't like cleanings or other treatments like this. Bonus was he was given some tokens to use for getting some toys. I think this is a cool idea because kids feel like they get money to get a toy. Very happy. Good job Rosy!
Wonderful experience here from start to finish! The staff are so kind and professional when making the appointments and checking in. Amy and Dr. Adam were super thorough and informative. I feel like I'm in great hands and am looking forward to future appointments there. Highly recommend!
I brought my daughter in when she had a toothache. Staff were very friendly and processed my insurance quickly. Dr. Adam is great with kids, he was able to give her the numbing needle without her feeling it and put a silver cap on her tooth to save it. He explained everything clearly and I felt I understand teeth a little more after he talked with me.
I felt comfortable with the smiles southgate branch. I’m usually scared going to the dentist clinic but they made me feel at ease. The staff Amy, Rose and Kyla were so helpful. I recommend their services. They have state of the art machines.
