I had an appointment at the dentist today, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and professional, the hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist took the time to answer all of my questions with care and clarity. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Basem for many years, and he’s by far the best dentist we've ever had. He’s extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and truly talented with such a gentle touch. I have been going to Smiles for a couple of years now and it's an absolutely wonderful dentistry. All the hygienist are very friendly and knowledgeable and give clear, concise instructions on how to improve my dental health. The front house staff are also very kind and have been very accommodating when I've had to reschedule appointments multiple times.
I had an excellent experience with my Invisalign treatment, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bassen and the entire team. They were incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process, especially since I had a lot of questions and concerns.
