I had an amazing experience at Smiles of Kensington Dental. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The clinic is very clean and well organized. A special thank you to Shanti at the front desk. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable right away. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care
Walking into the dental clinic can be nervous, but Shanthi’s warm greeting immediately put me at ease. She is such a kind and patient receptionist who truly cares about the people walking through the door. Even when the office was busy, she took the time to answer all my questions with a genuine smile. Her helpful attitude and organized approach made my visit feel seamless and comfortable. She is definitely an asset to the team and makes every patient feel valued.
Been a client here for many years and wa always happy with the service and wonderful staff. The new owner has increased the fees over and above the insurance coverage and the new staff insist on adding more X-rays after doing a full scan only two weeks prior. Other clients I know have had a negative experience with the new ownership.
FROWNS OF KENSINGTON DENTAL: Do not know why, but almost all of the staff in this clinic are from India, from the receptionists up to the dentists. In the first visit we had there, a male Indian dentist met us. After saying we needed to take x-rays and check the result, he then recommended to pull out a number of our teeth. We said we are not there to have any tooth extraction, but just cavity fillings. Okay potential patients! First off, let me shout out Denise for using her master orthodontic skills so I can have a straight smile! I had a crossbite that I was so embarrassed about, it even shifted my jaw. My treatment corrected not only crossbite but helped to align my jaw. Denise was very patient, thoughtful.
