I had my braces removed at Smiles on Kensington and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Denise was absolutely amazing – she made the whole process easy and did such a great job on my teeth. A special thanks as well to Alisa for making this all happen. I’m so grateful to both of them for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Smiles on Kensington was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. While lying back in the chair the dentist took her mirror tool and hit my lower canine tooth which made me jump up out of my chair. I even lost my cool because it shocked and hurt so much. I ended up complaining to everyone there that day because I was in shock that a dentist would do such a thing. Her answer to me was that she was checking for sensitivity. I’ve had the pleasure of having Denise work on my braces for a year and a half. She always ensured that I was happy with my progress and did everything she could to give me the smile I wanted. She also has a bubbly personality! I recommend Denise for your braces!
I visited Smiles of Kensington Dental in November last year for their advertised $99 cleaning. What I got instead was a bait-and-switch scam. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed confused about my appointment. Instead of honoring the cleaning, they immediately pushed for a full oral exam - without first asking about my dental history or prior care. This clinic and staff are totally scam!!!! They made the patient go then do a job in your mouth for over $2000 without letting the patient knows first the amount they need and the job the gonna do in advance!!! They just surprised us with a bill of more than $2000 and the insurance overs only half, they been calling and messaging us since last year to get the remaining balance which we have nothing to do about it since this is their fault from the beginning!!!
