I love this place been attending for several years, just recently had my teeth cleaned by Christina She was amazing. I also had Dr Len complete a crown. He was so kind and understanding with all my question. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs
As with most people going to the dentist could be a traumatic experience.. But Doctor chan quickly puts you at ease. He is genuine and sincere, He is caring and very professional. He treats you like You are part of his family not just a patient. The whole time you're in the chair...He will assure you and let you know what he is doing. This dentist office has a serious attitude problem. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was annoying them just by being there. The staff were rude, short, and completely lacking basic courtesy.The dentist was impatient and rough, and it honestly felt like they had no idea what they were doing. There was no care, no explanation, and no concern for my comfort. When something hurt, it was ignored. This place was a mess from start to finish. The staff were rude and unkind, acting like I was a problem instead of a patient, and the dentist seemed rushed, careless, and completely uninterested in doing the job properly. There were no explanations, no concern for pain, and zero professionalism, just rough work and a bad attitude. I left feeling stressed, sore, and honestly upset, which should never happen after a medical appointment. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Dr. Chan and Staff are the most skillful and friendly group of professionals in town. I drove past their beautiful custom built dentistry building and decided to make a dentist appointment. I’m so glad I did. Dr. Chan is very detailed oriented and explains his procedures well. Highly recommended.
