Our whole family had a fantastic experience at Smiles on Southglen Dental Centre! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were amazing with our kids — patient, kind, and very gentle. The dentists were professional, explained everything clearly, and took great care of each of us. It’s not easy to find a clinic where both adults and children feel relaxed, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. We’re very thankful and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Was in for a cleaning and Tam did a fantastic job. She took time to educate me about some unique aspects related to previous dental work and made sure to look into my insurance so that they could make sure not to book a future appointment that would have me paying more out-of-pocket than necessary.
I’m extremely anxious about any dental or medical procedures, so I was very very nervous when going to Smiles for the first time. But from the moment I called earlier in the morning to confirm my appointment and then again once I entered the office I was immediately put at ease. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The receptionist, the assistant, the dentist, even the lady who took my payment, all were absolutely fantastic! Smiles will now be my go to office for any dentistry concerns!
Hadn't had a cleaning in 11 years...they were super nice and not judgemental at all, just got me caught up and looked after. Great dental office.
Dr. Kim and the staff are awesome and very efficient. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment but still let me in, thank you!
