Wonderful experience. The front desk is welcoming and organized. The clinic is calming and clean. My hygienist (Lindsay) was gentle and thorough (she’s my girl), I’ve seen both Dr. Friesen (6 months ago) & Dr. Kim (yesterday), they both took the time to explain everything throughly. I walked out feeling confident in the care I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.”
Our whole family had a fantastic experience at Smiles on Southglen Dental Centre! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were amazing with our kids — patient, kind, and very gentle. The dentists were professional, explained everything clearly, and took great care of each of us. It’s not easy to find a clinic where both adults and children feel relaxed, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. We’re very thankful and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
I have been coming to see Dr. Friesen and team since for the last 15 years. I appreciate their services and care they have provided to my whole family. My kids have grown up seeing DR Friesen.
Was in for a cleaning and Tam did a fantastic job. She took time to educate me about some unique aspects related to previous dental work and made sure to look into my insurance so that they could make sure not to book a future appointment that would have me paying more out-of-pocket than necessary.
Have been coming to Smiles for a couple years now, they take notes on things i like and don’t like since my teeth are more sensitive and i always leave with perfectly cleaned teeth. There sense of hospitality and kindest is very much appreciated as I don’t like going to dentist.
