I've been a patient at Smiles Plus for over a year and have now converted my husband because the service is absolutely impeccable! Heer, the receptionist is so kind and cares so much about everyone who walks through the door. Her warmth is unmatched! Hellen is my hygienist, we bonded right away and it felt like Ive known her for forever! 10/10 would recommend this dental clinic.
The staff is awesome here especially Helen the hygenist, she does such a great job with my son. He used to get so upset at another dentist office, the hygenist at tooth corner (Dawes Rd) would be so rough telling him he is fine & his gums are sore for days. I highly recommend this dental office.
I had my first visit here on a Saturday and it was an excellent experience. Welcoming environment, bright, well lit, clean, and friendly staff. I enjoyed that everyone approached their work with a sense of humour; in one case we had a good laugh when I was too tall for their panoramic xray machine and we had to find a stool for me to sit on. I was looking for a dentist for my 10 year old daughters that would not send us out somewhere else for fillings. Found this dentist and so happy i did. My girls walked away saying they loved this place! Big accomplishment as theyre not that keen on the dentist! ;) everyone is ao friendly and made the girls feel so comfortable! 2 girls and 4 fillings later they have no problem coming back!! ;)
Have had a great experience here, never felt so comfortable at a dentist. My hygienist, Helen was incredible kind and calming and Voula was super helpful with setting up appointments and answering questions. Additionally, Ayesha, Dr. Basseri and Dr. Hedayatmofidi are amazing and incredible patient! Highly recommend! :)
