Smiles Plus is simply great. The staff is friendly, the environment is calm, the care is excellent, and in the past seven visits, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist but thanks to everyone on the Smiles Plus team, now I’m anxiety free.
I had been a customer with this dental office for over 15 yrs before the Dentist changed. I loved this office they were fantastic and I begged my husband for years to come to them, he finally agreed! When he arrived they told him everything would be covered by his insurance so he said great! They told him he needed "panoramic X-rays" and "had he had those done before?" I'm a long-time patient. As my father was a dentist, I know that the longevity of the staff speaks volumes. I feel part of a family in this office and 100% confident that I am getting well-informed and well-intentioned advice from Dr. Basseri. Relating to my most recent visit, kudos to Bailey who cleaned my teeth thoroughly but mindful of sensitivity, and answered my questions expertly.
The service I received at smiles Plus is very detailed oriented and everything is explained I really appreciate that. Although making payments for the work done is still very difficult for myself as a senior which this business understands. I’m hoping Canada Dental Program will relieve some of this pressure and worries I’m concerned about. I’m very impressed with this Caring company.
Always a pleasant and easy visit. The front desk staff are lovely and the dental hygienist who takes care of my cleanings (apologies for forgetting her name!) is both gentle and meticulous. Moreover, she consistently provides me with insightful and practical post-dental advice. Overall, the staff at this establishment offer an exceptionally welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who may be apprehensive about visiting a dentist :)
