Prior to my appointments with Smiles Plus, I hadn’t properly been to a dentist in two decades… Shameful, I know. I can’t say I’ve ever enjoyed any visits to the dentist in the past, but my experience with Smiles Plus was painless, and positive, and I’m grateful to have become one of their patients. Everyone there was really friendly, and despite being unable to speak clearly while being worked on, the moments of conversation that were had was fun. I’ll not be such a stranger to the dentist anymore.
Dr. Bassari is a great dentist and she makes me feel comfortable while undergoing a major dental procedure. Her calm and reassuring manner sets my mind at ease. All the staff greet you with warm smiles upon arrival and over time I have developed a friendly relationship with them. There is no wait time for your appointment once you arrive.
Best dental hygienist ever and best service there is. I honestly love them. They really do care and take great care of you at every corner. Would highly recommend this dental office. Been going there for over 20 years
The service I received at Smiles Plus is very detailed oriented and everything is explained I really appreciate that. Since I have been receiving great treatment at Smiles PLUS the Canada Dental Program is now in affect and has relieved my worries I was concerned about. I’m very impressed with this Caring company and look forward to many pleasant visits.
Smiles Plus is simply great. The staff is friendly, the environment is calm, the care is excellent, and in the past seven visits, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist but thanks to everyone on the Smiles Plus team, now I’m anxiety free.
