Great experience! I have been to this office a few times and I recommend it if you need a dentist. The young girl at the front desk was lovely. Baily(?) the hygienist was a delight. Dr Basseri listened to my concerns before getting started. 10 Stars.
Smiles Plus Dental Centre is amazing. The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and the dentist explains everything clearly. They use modern equipment and make you feel comfortable the whole time. I had a very positive experience and definitely recommend this office!
Everyone was so kind and welcoming — they made my first dental experience feel smooth and comfortable. The team made sure I was okay every step of the way, even checking in with a follow-up call and helpful notes after my wisdom teeth surgery. Truly the best!
Normally I have a fantastic time and my personal appointment was great. My hygienist was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The dentist was kind and also answered all my questions. However, while I was in the waiting room I could hear some workers talking about a previous patient and it left me with a bad feeling.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had in dental care. Compassion and genuine caring from everyone who practice here and I’m not exactly a model patient. I’ve been late and missed an appointment and yet they have accommodated me. If I could give extra stars I would! I love that they explain fully each step they are taking in your care.
