I had my first visit here on a Saturday and it was an excellent experience. Welcoming environment, bright, well lit, clean, and friendly staff. I enjoyed that everyone approached their work with a sense of humour; in one case we had a good laugh when I was too tall for their panoramic xray machine and we had to find a stool for me to sit on. Smiles Plus is an incredible dental centre. The admin staff are always kind and inviting. I am met with a smile everytime. The hygienist should be given an award for best in Toronto. The dentist is patient and render a perfect smile. I reference them anytime I hear someone is looking for a dentist. I offer this review as someone who has had very bad experience with 3 other dentist. Clean, modern environment. Voula at the front desk is always pleasant and professional going above and beyond to ensure her patients are take care of. Olga, dental assistant, always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. My kids won't go to any hygienist other than Eleni! Very happy with this dental team!
I am a new patient at Smiles Plus Dental. I chose to go to them because of their rating and boy did they not disappoint!!! First off Voula the treatment manager was my first point of contact. She explained everything about my appointment very clearly and with the most cheerful demeanor over the phone. I've been a patient at Smiles Plus for over a year and have now converted my husband because the service is absolutely impeccable! Heer, the receptionist is so kind and cares so much about everyone who walks through the door. Her warmth is unmatched! Hellen is my hygienist, we bonded right away and it felt like Ive known her for forever! 10/10 would recommend this dental clinic.
