I’ve been coming to Dr. Richard Chu’s office for the past six months, and I can honestly say he and his amazing team make every visit a wonderful experience. Dr. Chu is not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and gentle, he truly cares about his patients’ comfort and well-being. The front office TC Tina is sooo sweet and awesome! Definitely a great office!
My sons experience was very smooth, and the staff was really friendly. Tina explained the treatment demonstrating patient care. Evelyn greeted us with a friendly smile once we came in through the door, making my son feel welcomed. Will definitely continue to come back. They provided my son with an overall positive experience.
I’ve been going to Dentalville since I started my braces procedure. They’ve been great at working with me to get to my appointments. It’s never too busy at the office and the people who work there are so so nice. I’m so happy my medical provider referred me to this dentist as it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. I think it’s now under a new name though. So far so good.
Front desk is totally and completely incompent. They can't even perform the most basic functions of their job properly. If you enjoy having your time wasted by employees who don't believe in personal accountability, then this is the place for you. However, if you value your time and prefer to receive compassionate care from intelligent, considerate professionals, then avoid Smiles West-Bell at all costs.
