came here to get extractions. Dr. Choi and his staff were amazing! This is the best experience I’ve ever had with the dentist. He pulled out my wisdom, tooth, and another tooth so fast! When I tell you that this man is literally doing a service for the community You’ll understand when you meet Him and his crew. Even the regular dentist he was very patient and kind. Friendly front desk staff, and office is very clean. I have been bringing my kids for a couple years now and they leave happy. Dentist are Very good when describing what work needs to be done. Highly recommend this office.

On time, friendly staff, the dentist actually listen to your concerns and detail your options for care, making appointments is easy and follow up is appreciated. Clean facility and common area.

I visited Smiles West Dental & Orthodontics due to pain in a single tooth. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The doctor did not clearly communicate with me and suggested removing multiple teeth instead of focusing on the tooth that was hurting. I felt rushed and not properly informed, so I did not proceed with the treatment. I do not recommend going to this clinic.

I visited this dental office recently through my insurance and had also been here about four years ago. Unfortunately, my experience this time confirmed the same concerns I had in the past. First, the overall communication and patient care were poor. Procedures and treatment plans were not clearly explained at any point.
