I had positive experiences at first but things changed. Late 2025 I got a root canal done and the “specialist” did not finish it & the reason he gave me was “I don’t want you to be tired” & he went on to the next patient. He took half the nerves out of my tooth and stuffed it with temporary feeling. The next appointment was a month later and the temporary feeling has my tooth deteriorated. I now go to a new dentist and will have to get an extraction or the root canal redone. Not even my new dentist specialist can understand ... read more

Worst dentist ever!! Had an appointment @2pm and it was 4pm and the only thing that was done was x rays. Dentist skipped over my room even when i was the 2nd person who arrived. Waste of time!!! In addition, x ray machine broke down so the dental assistant had to retake the x rays w a smaller machine.

This was the worst dentist to do any dental work I was referred to then by other dentist and had the worst experience. I needed to get a filling done and the assistant came and numb my mouth without even warning me about it. He worked my tooth in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out the office. A week after, my tooth was aching and hurting badly. When I called back I just got medication for the pain. A month after my tooth had a fracture and possibly will need an extraction. I’ve been a patient here at Smiles West for almost two months, and each visit has been great. As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed by the ladies at the front desk and they are always extremely nice and helpful. The doctors and their assistants are all incredibly. They take the time to talk to you and tell you what it is your treatment will consist of. I’ve always had a huge fear of the dentist, but since coming here I’ve been very happy, and I am excited about my new smile journey!

I'm confused. These 5 star reviews can NOT be for the dental office I just left. We had a bad experience from the start but to keep this as short as possible, I'll just speak to the parts that sealed the deal for me to NEVER return here. After reminding the nice lady that seemingly was trying to get me to leave that they were also supposed to look at my son's teeth, the Dentist literally looked at his teeth and walked out of the room.
