I’ve always felt really cared for here. From the front desk to the providers, everyone is helpful, patient, and attentive. Every procedure I’ve had done, they’ve checked in on my healing and made sure everything was going well instead of just rushing me out. They genuinely try to work with you and your needs, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care.

My first appointment to schedule treatment went very well. The staff there is very kind and thorough. My last dentist messed a lot up but this office was very understanding and helpful with the process. I appreciate their kindness and consideration.

I’ve been a long time patient of Smiles West. My most recent visit has to be the best. Dr. Shen did an excellent job w/ my four crowns and two fillings. The office staff is also great (friendly and professional). Highly recommend them.

Came here fo an appointment, the dentist and the hygienist was great and so wa sthe person taking all the x-rays and pictures. Once the finance person came into the room it all went south, started feeling like I was in a high pressure sales environment, like a car dealership. I asked for a breakdown of out of pocket vs insurance coverage so I can make a decision on work for my next appointment at which point she said she was too busy to provide that and would take about a week. I highly recommend this office the staff was very nice, helpful and professional.Thry are good with appointments and its very clean.My daughter loved the new crown and was amazed at how gentle and professional the experience was.A big Thank you to Yanira you were very helpful and understanding!
