New dentist and a great experience. They were very helpful and explained the pricing with insurance. They even complemented the bridge I received from my former doctor. Why did I leave? New Dentist who purchased the practice dropped our insurance without any notice. Big shake up in office. Doctor was cut down to one day. He was great.New Dentist was only interested in Google comments. Smiles has a great staff and explains everything. Glad I made the change. Andy
Great dental cleaning visit. Fatima, dental tech, warm,professional and welcoming polished my teeth, offered helpful instruction to prevent my gums from bleeding. Dentist cleaned my teeth. Staff friendly and competent.
There should be no STAR on my recent visit. The office manager Maria was in a total denial mode for preperation error and ingored the discomfort of what I went through vomitting for 5 minutes and rushing to push me out of the clinic - I went straight to Urgent Care out of precution. I am 100% sure their was an error in the water container. Extreme cold blood unhuman way in crisis management just tried to get rid of any potential issue instead of offering help and comfort to patient.
RIP OFF joint. Tried to trick my elderly mom into $6k dental work she didn’t need. Then without asking her if she wants the work or not, gives her a payment plan to SIGN. (Meanwhile she’s fully insured.) These people appear to be praying on the local seniors who potentially are just not sharp at that age anymore to realize they’re being taken advantage of. RUN!
They did a teeth cleaning for me, and afterward it became clear I still had tartar buildup and the cleaning was done poorly. Instead of acknowledging that the work wasn’t done properly and fixing it, they simply said my insurance “wouldn’t cover it” and refused to redo the cleaning. The receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care at all that their work was not done correctly. There was no professionalism, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the issue.
