Not only will they fraudulently charge you for procedures they didnt even perform, they will bully and mistreat you if you question it! Most dentist offices dont charge for 3D images, but this office charges $300. Office manager Yolanda charged me $1200 for 4 scans that were never done. I asked for my CareCredit account to be adjusted and they said too bad take it to corporate. BUT CORPORATE IS JUST AS CORRUPT!!! I absolute love coming to this office. Coming from another location with horrible experience, I can only say how grateful I am to all the staff. In particular Yolanda, Jessica, and Angie always make the experience a wonderful one. Their diligence, knowledge, willingness, professionalism, not to mention always a good positive attitude make those visits a positive experience every time for me and my family.
There is a new management. The transition between the owner was chaotic. They rescheduled me for a simple cleaning three times and then when I went for the scheduled visit, the place was closed. That was in September 2025. I’ll give them another chance in April 2026 please cancel me x-ray and cleaning. They kept me waiting for 40 minutes and then they just took the x-ray and no cleaning. Great experience coming here i got 2 root canals done ! It was a smooth process . i had a bit discomfort on my teeth because of how bad my teeth were. But everything went well! i have an appointment tomorrow for my crowning! im super excited. i have had so much pain with this so im glad to get it done!😁
What a wonderful staff and very professional, too! They worked with my husband’s challenges and got the dental work done. I am so grateful for their kindness and expertise.
