Not only will they fraudulently charge you for procedures they didnt even perform, they will bully and mistreat you if you question it! Most dentist offices dont charge for 3D images, but this office charges $300. Office manager Yolanda charged me $1200 for 4 scans that were never done. I asked for my CareCredit account to be adjusted and they said too bad take it to corporate. BUT CORPORATE IS JUST AS CORRUPT!!! My teenager changed insurance and we thought we'd give this dental office a try. I used their online appointment booking, which was convenient, and in the Notes section specified this was for ROUTINE CLEANING (covered by his insurance); typically these annual oral health appointments include routine cleaning, X ray (once a year), and general dental evaluation. I absolute love coming to this office. Coming from another location with horrible experience, I can only say how grateful I am to all the staff. In particular Yolanda, Jessica, and Angie always make the experience a wonderful one. Their diligence, knowledge, willingness, professionalism, not to mention always a good positive attitude make those visits a positive experience every time for me and my family.

Very unprofessional and completely unsympathetic. This location is on Medí-Cal list but doesn’t not accept it and keep raising their prices and charging patients out-of-pocket anyway And their answer is apply for thier credit through them and they are mostly charging Medi-cal on the back end as well . It’s a scam save your money and time and go somewhere else ! I’m also going to be reporting this to the Medi-cal fraud and better business bureau .
