Had a cleaning here months ago and it was horrid. The dentist was rushed and left so her assistant finished. Should be free per my insurance but charged me 300 for some final spray they coated on. I had cleaning in other place which was so much better and took twice as long since not rushing. Teeth feel cleaner than last time and zero charge. This office is just trying to exploit.
I went to smiles west in hopes to get my failing and damaged teeth taken care of ,at 1st progress I thought was being made. Had a few teeth removed and cavities filled . The filling came out not long after & went back in , it was filled in again & not long after the filling came out as well as most of that tooth!! I also had 4 crowns put on my front upper teeth . Didn't know they were going to grind them down to little stubs in order to fit the crowns .was told they would have to do some grinding for them to fit , I was shoc... read more
The staff’s professionalism is consistently poor. They hold personal, inappropriate conversations while patients wait for assistance, and they’ve made mistakes with personal information. They also act inconvenienced when asked for help. The doctor is great, but the staff negatively impacts the entire office. My last phone interaction was so unacceptable that I filed a formal complaint and grievance with my insurance.
I didnt think I would ever accept a new dentist office. I was wrong. This dentist n office made me feel so comfortable and the dentist kept my dental plan simple. I could understand what she was explaining to me. On top of that the staff listened to me. I am going to continue going to them. It's not easy trusting someone to work in your mouth.
My visit at Smiles West Dental was worth coming back. I arrived on time and was immediately seen. I had a dentist who really cared about my teeth. He advised on what I needed and what I did to keep my teeth cleaning in the right direction. Thanks Smile
