I didnt think I would ever accept a new dentist office. I was wrong. This dentist n office made me feel so comfortable and the dentist kept my dental plan simple. I could understand what she was explaining to me. On top of that the staff listened to me. I am going to continue going to them. It's not easy trusting someone to work in your mouth.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this office to stay away. In my experience, this business engages in dishonest and underhanded billing tactics designed to overcharge both customers and their insurance companies. Even after paying in full at the time of service, I was later contacted and told that I still owed money. They claimed the additional charges were “within policy,” which was not explained to me beforehand. This feels deceptive, especially because everything was supposedly settled already. Monica was a pleasure to assist with the dentist! She was patient and listened to me blabber nervously!! Good bedside manner!!! Kim and Adriana helped me to understand the importance of having my teeth deep cleaned and assisted me with smiles! Very professional! 😁 Thank you ladies!

The staff here are wonderful and they made me feel seen. Highly recommend if you're having tooth problems. Also the male dental assistant who works here is cute

The staff’s professionalism is consistently poor. They hold personal, inappropriate conversations while patients wait for assistance, and they’ve made mistakes with personal information. They also act inconvenienced when asked for help. The doctor is great, but the staff negatively impacts the entire office. My last phone interaction was so unacceptable that I filed a formal complaint and grievance with my insurance.
