My experience was wonderful. The staff and everyone there is very attentive. All have great smiles and appear to love what they do. Facilities have state of the art equipment, common area/waiting room is very organized, spacious and clean. Appt times are spot on - if your appt is a 8 am, you're being called in and taken care off within 5-10 mins of your appt. (High value of your time).

The receptionist was rude and dismissive. They communicated the wrong information to my insurance carrier claiming I need 9 crowns. I only need 2. 9 crowns with 0 root canals? How is that possible? As a retired medical doctor I am appalled at their approach to patient care. I would highly recommend finding another practice/provider. In my opinion your dental care needs would be best served elsewhere. They rushed me through two appointments and missed a major issue that led to me needing a crown as confirmed by x-ray at another dentist. Their wait times are very long (even requiring patients to wait 30-45+ minutes after their appointment time before they even admit you) and their staff is disorganized. They told me inaccurate information multiple times. It used to be significantly better quality of care, but the last 2 to 3 years it has become worse despite having many of the same staff. I recently had a root canal completed by the specialist Dr. Park and he did an amazing job. It was quick and painless. The assistants and staff are also always kind and helpful. My experience at this office was great!

My dentist refereed me to this place for a root canal one week in advance. The root canal went great, staff was friendly. Reason I gave a low rating is they didn't get a preauthorization from my dental insurance company, and informed me about this right before staring the procedure. Since the root canal was urgent, I proceeded and ended up paying out of pocket for the entire procedure. Insurance wont reimburse me since it wasn't preauthorized.
