I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and incredibly professional. Dr.Luonge was outstanding.. he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. We had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and waited nearly three hours without any communication or updates. My daughter hadn’t even had breakfast, and by 10:30 a.m. we were still waiting. The lack of consideration and communication was very disappointing. We left and will be finding another dental office.
I had a great experience at Smile West. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and really took the time to make sure I understood everything about my treatment plan. This is my favorite Dental place to go to! Have been coming here since I was little and never had a problem, the staff is caring and patient and I always get the best results with my teeth. I had impacted wisdom teeth and got them taken out here, felt safe and taken care of. I always make sure to recommend smiles west dental to my friends and family when I can.
It’s a very reliant and accommodating dental office. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean.
