Not only will they fraudulently charge you for procedures they didnt even perform, they will bully and mistreat you if you question it! Most dentist offices dont charge for 3D images, but this office charges $300. Office manager Yolanda charged me $1200 for 4 scans that were never done. I asked for my CareCredit account to be adjusted and they said too bad take it to corporate. BUT CORPORATE IS JUST AS CORRUPT!!! You ever go to a business annoyed and come back feeling good with a smile on your face? I never did until now. I just had a temporary crown put on my tooth the day before and was told that the crown would come in two weeks, ok fine, no problem, well big problem the temporary crown broke the day after it was put in, I was really annoyed, not only did I take time off the day before, now I have to take more time off to fix this problem. Could not be more disappointed. They were so nice upon entering and then things fell apart. I went in for basic X-rays and a teeth cleaning, (I'm not having any dental problems but its been about 1.5 yrs since my last cleaning.) After 1 hr and 30 mins the only thing that happened was X-rays, and never got a cleaning. After the x-ray(30 minutes in) I was told no cavities but that I needed a deep cleaning, specially molded teeth trays to use "everyday" with a product for 15 mins at home, and every 3 months, teeth cleanings fro... read more
My visit was very pleasant and easy. The staff were very friendly. Big shout out to Ericka (teeth x-ray tech) & Tony (who did my dental cleaning), they are very good at their job
Wonderful experience! Erica was so kind and friendly, and Dr. Sarah did my cleaning with great care and patience. The entire office has a happy, welcoming vibe, and everyone was professional and pleasant. I’m glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it!
