Absolutely amazing dentist office!! Kids of all temperaments are so well accommodated here, I have a very sensitive child and Dr Dave Reynolds was so kind and caring, he took extra time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and heard, and helped with her every request for her comfort! Luisa was incredible, too, together they formed a team that made my daughter feel like she could relax. They do incredible work and they are in the perfect profession; great dental work and amazing with kids!! 100/10 recommended!!
We had our soon to be 3 year old daughter in for sedation and a few things cleaned up. Staff was amazing, friendly and kind! Dr derek was amazing, was great with our daughter and came out to explain each step. We even overheard him calling patients to check in on how other patients were doing which we liked! We dont want to go back but it will be the only place we take our kids moving forward!
Had a wonderful experience with my son at SmileTown! The instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. The flow of the whole procedure and experience was very easy and well laid out, we knew exactly what to expect the whole time and all our questions and concerns were addressed promptly.
We had an excellent experience with Smile Town Guelph location. The staff were great with our 6 year old requiring extensive sedated dental work. They made it a positive experience for everyone. We were well informed, they followed up the evening of the procedure to ensure everything was going well.
Thanks to Dr Derek Decloux and his team did everything for my daughter Julia, she is eating normal now after a few days she got her teeth done by Dr Derek , I would recommend to everyone cuz Dr is very professional and carrying before and after fixing my daughter teeth, he even called to follow up at night on that day to make sure if my daughter was doing well . again I am very appreciate it , Dr you did such a good job.
