The staff here very respectful and kind. The Dr is also great. They tell you everything you would want an need to know. The best part is they took both of my children's needs to heart. They dont just show they care, THEY PROVE IT. THANK YOU SMILE TOWN IN GUELPH.
Dr Derek was fantastic. My daughter had 4 adult teeth removed, he explained the procedure and options very well and spoke to her. He made sure she was comfortable with the options available and the processes. Following the procedure he was available to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. Great experience
I have had nothing but great experiences at Smile town with both my kids. While my son hasn’t had difficult procedures done, he has severe ASD and to get him to comply to even look in his mouth is a huge job. Some way or another he is so comfortable here with Dr. Derek and anyone else on the team he has encountered. My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Smiletown Guelph. After having our initial consult Dr. Derek provided his professional consult on the work that needed to be completed for my daughter teeth. He answered all my questions and provided insight on why something wouldn’t work. The day of surgery it was calm and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Derek is honestly so sweet great with kids. He was so good with my son. He made him feel comfortable and Made us as his parents feel comfortable getting put under with sedation is really hard for parents, but also extremely hard for kids how he handled it and was super professional but also talk to my son as a person not just a kid. I really love that he was personal with him. I’m just so thankful that he was able to help my son as well. Teeth are so important. I’m just thankful I’m thankful.
