Smile Town was amazing when dealing with a very stressful situation with our 4 year old toddler who had severe cavities on her molars. Another kids dentist in the area told us she would need all of them extracted and gave us an eye-watering quote in the multiple $thousands, even after our benefits. Smile Town did a more accurate assessment, worked with our benefits provider, and found other sources to bring the out-of-pocket cost down by more than 10x to under $200. Amazing staff and dentist, they are very kind and caring and the dentist explains every detail from start to finish even calling in the evening to check up. I recommend to anyone who's children need work done!
Hi everyone. These people are scammers. They tell you the treatment is covered and then after just a X-ray they charged me 130$ but never told me before that X-ray is not covered. They said you don’t have coverage that’s why. Then I called healthy smile and they said I have full coverage with Ontario works and they shouldn’t have charged you. But the lady lied to me and said it's not covered, wow crazy.
Our 2-year-old daughter was diagnosed with enamel hypoplasia requiring extensive dental work at such a young age. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nerve-wracking to put your kid under anesthesia so young, however, the staff helped keep us calm and well informed. There even was a previous family that went through something similar with their kid and shared what to expect in waiting room.
