I want to add some notes to my previous review. I came more than three times at smiletwon, the first time it was an initial visit, and they booked me more than a month after that. It was very bad that you cannot book a time just soon in a feasible time. In the first treatment session, only two teeth are filled. And booked us for another session in a month and half. My daughter went in under general anaesthesia to get some teeth fixed. Needless to say, they were very quick and efficient and made both me and her feel very safe. She also loves it here because of the playground! Would highly recommend to other parents

Customer of theirs for 5+yrs. They wouldn't answer the phone when I said I was running late due to an emergency so I left a message saying that I would be approximately 10 minutes past my time as I was coming in from out of town. They cancelled the whole appointment right before I showed up. If you can't accommodate a swing of ~10mins in your scheduling you should seriously reconsider your strategy to book appropriately. Needless to say I won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

I am extremely impressed with the care and professionalism at SmileTown Waterloo. Yesterday, my 5 year son underwent treatment that included the removal of a tooth and root canal procedures for three baby teeth. The entire process was handled with great expertise and compassion. Dr. Jonathan is an incredibly patient and kind provider. He takes the time to thoroughly educate his patients and talk them through each step he takes while working away. His entire team, especially assistant Nadia, is very caring and assuring as work is completed. Would highly recommend this clinic, its value is immeasurable.
