I can't express how much I appreciate Waterloo Smile Town. This place is well maintained, also has a decent size indoor playground that keeps kids entertained. We met Dr. Maya Kim who is caring and compassionate. We called on Nov 25, then came on Nov 26 for my son's consultation. Front deck fitted his treatment appointment on Nov 28 early morning perfectly. Everything went smoothly and made us feel relieved. We live 1 hour and 15 mins away from this location. But it was definitely worth the trip.
What an amazing experience I had at smile town Waterloo they were great with the kids and the indoor play structure occupied them during the whole waiting period. And to go the extra mile I had no dental coverage from work when I first came in and they walked me through options for obtaining coverage during my first exam and by the time I went for the appointment I had coverage options. Thanks to Dr. Jonathan Campbell and his team who helped us feel at ease during our daughter’s procedure by keeping us updated with the steps they’re doing before and after the procedure. All staff at SmileTown are really friendly and accommodating. Our daughter love SmileTown and so are we!
As always, SmileTown is next level when it comes to treating our daughter. She was initially nervous to come to a dentist but with SmileTown, she’s excited to come right through until the end. Thank you so much Dr Jonathan and team for everything you do for our daughter. Also, Boo is hand down the best!
My son loves this place! Dani took great care of him, carefully cleaning his teeth and checking his gums. He was so excited to show off his bright, white smile to his friends on the first day of the new school year.
