Rave for Smili Dental Midtown Kelowna! We had our first visit today and it was a really good experience. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and everything went smoothly. They explained everything clearly and made us feel at ease. Definitely happy with our visit and would recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist in Kelowna! 😊
I had my first tooth filling yesterday and I was honestly a bit nervous, but the experience turned out to be amazing. From the moment I walked in, Debbie at the front desk was so warm, welcoming, and helpful with scheduling and answering my questions—it really put me at ease. Dr. Gregory Head and his assistant were both incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. They explained every step clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the procedure. Laurel and Dr Head are both wonderful professionals that really know what they’re doing! I had a dental emergency in the middle of moving and they were able to get me in quickly, treat the issue without judgement and with kindness and set me up on a good path for success. To add to that, the office folks are helping me navigate insurance issues which is always a nightmare - so really appreciated. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I’ve never had better dental care! I highly recommend this clinic if you are in search of a new dentist. Dr. Greg Head is amazing and has a great team of staff! I had my wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience. Him and his team made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. I had a great experience at this dental clinic! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and I really appreciated how well they took care of me. I also got my free filler treatment, and I’m really happy with the results! I’ll probably be back again and would definitely recommend this clinic to others. ❤️
