I had a great experience at Smili Dental. I went in for a routine cleaning and check-up, and everything from start to finish was smooth and professional. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made me feel at ease right away. The hygienist did a thorough job with the cleaning, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the check-up. I’ve visited the clinic several times since February, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience. All of the staff have been incredibly accommodating—whether it was during my appointments or when providing instructions and follow-up care. Dr. Chahal and Paige were the duo working on my filling. Excellent explanations of everything I asked about and he thought a crown at this time would be overkill. If you are nervous about needles don't worry,the substance rubbed on before the needle makes it a painless procedure. The filling (front tooth) was a perfect color match and I don't need any follow up, everything is good. I have finally found a dentist I am happy with.
Each experience has been very good. Everyone is friendly and professional. The hygienists and dentist are very thoughtful and take the extra time to explain any questions I have had and to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Broke my tooth and they were able to see me within the hour and my tooth was fixed by the end of the day. All the staff were professional and friendly. Thanks so much! Best dental office I have ever been to.
