I had such a great experience with Smili Dental team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, gentle, and kind. I usually get anxious about dental visits, but they made me feel calm and well cared for. The procedure went smoothly, and they explained everything clearly. I'm really grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend!
First of all the place is shiny clean. Secondly, the staff greet you with a smile and are very sweet and polite. The Dental Assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The dentist, Dr Maxwell Chen was extremely professional, but also caring, polite and put me at ease, knowing I was in good hands. I am not someone who finds it easy going to the dentist. But the team at Smili make it way easier. They understand what all their patients are going through and they do everything they can to make it an easier experience. Kindness and understanding all the way. They are all phenomenal.

I had a great experience at this dental office. After calling several offices and being told that they had no availability for 6+ months or were not taking new patients, I was referred to this office. The building was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The dental assistant and dentist were lovely, relayed information clearly, and provided me with several options for moving forward.
