I had my molar fillings done this morning with Dr. Nyugen and his assistant, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had my first appointment at Smili Dental Clinic and was really impressed. The hygienist was very gentle and caring, and the dentist took the time to do a thorough exam. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained to me - it made a big difference. This was honestly a much better experience than with my previous dentist. The whole team made me feel welcome, and I left feeling well cared for. I'm glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it!

I had such a great experience with Smili Dental team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, gentle, and kind. I usually get anxious about dental visits, but they made me feel calm and well cared for. The procedure went smoothly, and they explained everything clearly. First of all the place is shiny clean. Secondly, the staff greet you with a smile and are very sweet and polite. The Dental Assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The dentist, Dr Maxwell Chen was extremely professional, but also caring, polite and put me at ease, knowing I was in good hands. He explained everything to me, asked if so had questions or concerns and gave me several different options to my problem. Excellent service. Got my teeth cleaned and a ( sigh) filling quickly and painlessly. Very happy with the outcome, couldn't be better. ( I accept that needing the filling was on me. I broke the cutting edge of a front tooth. Nothing the good people at the office could do about that. Lol.) Will definitely use them again, my next cleaning and check up is already booked. They are my dentist now.
