I had my first appointment at Smili Dental Clinic and was really impressed. The hygienist was very gentle and caring, and the dentist took the time to do a thorough exam. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained to me - it made a big difference. This was honestly a much better experience than with my previous dentist. The whole team made me feel welcome, and I left feeling well cared for. I'm glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it!
I had my molar fillings done this morning with Dr. Nyugen and his assistant, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. First of all the place is shiny clean. Secondly, the staff greet you with a smile and are very sweet and polite. The Dental Assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The dentist, Dr Maxwell Chen was extremely professional, but also caring, polite and put me at ease, knowing I was in good hands. I had a great experience at this dental office. After calling several offices and being told that they had no availability for 6+ months or were not taking new patients, I was referred to this office. The building was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The dental assistant and dentist were lovely, relayed information clearly, and provided me with several options for moving forward.
