The front desk staff were fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hygienist was friendly, very communicative about every step and what she was about to do, and careful but excellent. The dentist was great, and ready to answer any questions or concerns. The equipment and tools were updated and about as comfortable as one corks expect from a dentist visit!
I had my first appointment at Smili Dental Clinic and was really impressed. The hygienist was very gentle and caring, and the dentist took the time to do a thorough exam. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained to me - it made a big difference. This was honestly a much better experience than with my previous dentist. The whole team made me feel welcome, and I left feeling well cared for. I'm glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it!
I had my molar fillings done this morning with Dr. Nyugen and his assistant, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire team at Smili Dental is fantastic; everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chan is a great dentist who truly went above and beyond for me. I'm someone who has a lot of anxiety about the dentist due to past bad experiences, but the team at Smili always puts me at ease and always ensures me and my kids have a great experience. I highly recommend them!
Both me and my son use this dentist and we both LOVE them! We used to use a different office but I wasn’t a fan of the front desk staff at that one so I looked around for a new dentist. I came across Smili on Google and chose that one as it’s close to where I live. I’m so glad I did and that they accepted me! Dr. Nguyen is awesome to deal with and the front desk is always friendly. Great experience here!
