I recently visited Smili Dental - Southridge after their rebranding and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere felt modern and inviting. The dentist was not only thorough and professional but also had a great sense of humour, which really put me at ease. I was so impressed from the moment I walked into the dental clinic! The staff behind the desk were very welcoming and professional and the office was beautiful. My hygienist explained every step clearly and was so kind. The best dental experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are so nice and they even have a TV on the roof as well as on the wall in front of you to show you your X-rays and explain what they see. 10/10 would recommend!
A very modern dental office with professional staff who provide excellent customer service. All are very friendly and it’s obvious they have joy in their workplace. I popped in for a cleaning and saw Emma one of the dental hygenists. She is very friendly, gentle, professional, answered all my questions and explains what steps she is doing and makes one feel at ease. The best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. As always, a great relaxing experience. Staff are great, dentists talk with you about options/prevention and don't push unnecessary work. Office is beautiful and the TV stations are fantastic.
Had an dental emergency, called in and the intake department, nursing staff, and doctors went way out of their went out of there way to get me in asap, and accommodated my needs and diagnose the seriousness of my situation. They were friendly and companionate, professional in all my requests and medical needs. I was in some serious pain…and needed help. I am so thankful for their understanding and compassionate care.
