The entire team at Smili Dental is fantastic; everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chan is a great dentist who truly went above and beyond for me. I'm someone who has a lot of anxiety about the dentist due to past bad experiences, but the team at Smili always puts me at ease and always ensures me and my kids have a great experience. I highly recommend them!
I had my first appointment at Smili Dental Clinic and was really impressed. The hygienist was very gentle and caring, and the dentist took the time to do a thorough exam. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained to me - it made a big difference. This was honestly a much better experience than with my previous dentist. The whole team made me feel welcome, and I left feeling well cared for. I'm glad I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it!
First of all the place is shiny clean. Secondly, the staff greet you with a smile and are very sweet and polite. The Dental Assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The dentist, Dr Maxwell Chen was extremely professional, but also caring, polite and put me at ease, knowing I was in good hands. I had my molar fillings done this morning with Dr. Nyugen and his assistant, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The Smile Dental team was very welcoming, caring, and absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
