This place is amazing. I am autistic and terrified of the dentist. This is the only place I have every gone back to for more then one treatment. I currently live on the other side of the city from them and still make the trek here. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. Dentist is will to work at your pace. (Was scheduled for 2 hours for 2 teeth he was so patient and stopped anytime I needed only got one tooth fixed but I didn't have to just grin and bare it). This place doesn't just gets the job done they do it right.
This office definitely provides patient centered care. From the administrative team to my dental work, I felt safe, listened to and reassured. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with anxiety about dentists!
All the staff here are amazing! Super friendly, understanding, patient, and kind. Our hygienist was amazing! My wife said it well, "she has gentle hands." Soft Touch is the best dentist office we've ever been to.
Terrible impressions from the clinic!!! We turned to this clinic with an urgent condition - severe toothache in a child of 7 years. The child did an X-ray of one tooth, although without an X-ray there it was clear that the tooth cracked and disintegrates and зʼявився the flux, that is, there is inflammation and pus.
