Dr. DiGioia knew I was anxious & treated me with much kindness always asking if I was ok as I had a giant filling to be done. I never felt the needle for freezing or any discomfort during the drilling or filling or any feeling of anything going in my throat. She is an amazing dentist who not only knows dentistry but is also very kind & gentle. And the staff she has working with her are great too.
I came into South Shore Dental today as an emergency patient, I was accepted, no questions asked, I have very high anxiety with going to the dentist, I was welcomed right in with the front desk staff, the hygienist made me feel very comfortable, the Dr was amazing, she helped with my problem, was very professional and she was great towards my anxiety. I will be bringing my 3 children here and my husband as well. I felt very welcomed and I'm glad I chose South Shore Dental.
I haven't visited a dentist since 2018 when the last one (Dr Sam "the hack" H------- caused my front tooth to break off and then charged me $400.00 for a flipper! Dr. DiGioia and her staff are everything one would want in a dental practise in that they are competent, caring and user friendly. There is hardly any time spent waiting in the reception area for your appointment so punctuality is key. I highly recommend their dental services.
