Amazing place, will recommend to all my friend's and family. The people at the desk were so nice. The dental practitioner was very calm with me and it was very painless and quick. They helped me understand my instructions clearly so my mouth could heal properly after I got my shattered tooth extracted.
I can see why this place has such great reviews. EVERYONE who works here is so nice!! Initially, I came for an emergency extraction and was so impressed by how friendly and efficient everyone was, so today I brought my son, and we will never go anywhere else again. My other son just went for a cleaning/check up at our previous dentist and with my benefits it cost $180. Took my other son here today and it wasn't even $120. They get you appointments quickly and the free chapstick and pen are a nice bonus 😂Thank you so much.
The staff were top notch! Told them about my phobia with needles and they were so awesome about making sure I was comfortable and not stressed out! Have to have 2 sessions of work to be done, one completed, can't wait for the next visit.
Great experience. Receptionist very friendly and take time to get to know you. They go out of their way to help you and communication well making you feel quite confident in care. This carries through to rest of staff as well. I had two small filling done. I was comfortable through procedure and procedure went very well.
After a bad experience at a different dental clinic, I was very nervous to see a dentist. Thankfully Dr.Pavanee made me feel comfortable. Every so often she would check in with me to make sure I was alright. Thank you to everyone at Southpointe for making this dental experience a good one!
