My visit to Southwest Dental Office is always good. I have never had a bad experience. From the desk staff when you check-in and leave and rebooking and paying is never a problem. I love my dental Hygienist Michelle. I only book my cleanings when I know she is working and available to see me. thank you to all the wonderful staff
I appreciate the front staff for their friendliness, efficiency and welcoming feeling. Also, I felt very comfortable, and confident with Dr. Ammaryi and the dental hygienist as they were very personable and not just treated me as a patient. Dr. A. explained the procedure thoroughly and what to expect after treatment.
When I arrive I checked in with my name. There was another patient with the same first name. When a dental assistant called my name the incorrect patient went in. My appointment was for 11 am and I had arrived 5 minutes early but by the time everything was rectified my cleaning did not start until 11:20. In the future I would suggest calling patients by their first and last names. Dental Hygenist was great and very professional but the appointment took very long.
Just had my 6 month cleaning. Marisa is an Awesome Hygienist! Gentle thorough Professional, Personable, Friendly, and a marvellous ability to relax You if you have any trepidation about dental work. Everyone is So Very wonderful & thorough. This IS Our Dental Office of choice, Truly thee Best, Thank You Everyone in the Office as well, You ALL do allot of work & more should appreciate the Administration that it takes to keep an office running smoothly & effectively Thank😃You
I have been going to Southwest Dental Care for years and everyone there is so so kind and personable! I had Marissa the other day and she is so down to earth, caring, and very funny! I really enjoyed both times she has been my hygienist. The administrative staff are also super supportive and kind! Thank you for great care! 😊
