It had a long gap between check ups, so I needed 3 appointments over the last month. The first 2 were with Sarah the hygienist. She is terrific! She is extremely gentle and did a great job with updating xrays, assessing, cleaning and getting my mouth ready for the filling and fixing I required. The last appointment with the dentist and assistant (their names escape me) who were also very nice, did their best to compete the filling and fixing work as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have been a patient here for a few years now and the care and treatment I've received has always been great. At my most recent visit, the front staff (Allie and Paige) were very knowledgable and friendly and my hygienist (Michelle) put great effort into my cleaning, describing each step to me and having a great conversation. You can tell it's a close group of people and that makes my experience great every time.

So I absolutely love going to the dentist ( says no one) , however my experience yesterday was way better than I expected or imagined. My dentist was so good and gentle that I didn’t know he was even done with the freezing. It was near the front of my mouth and I was dreading the pain, however there wasn’t any, none. Brilliant job.

I had such a great experience at my dental cleaning! Sarah took amazing care of me from start to finish. She was so patient, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and really helped ease any nerves I had going in. My teeth feel incredible, and I actually enjoyed my visit—which says a lot for a dental appointment! Highly recommend booking with Sarah if you’re looking for someone thorough, and professional.

I have been with Southwest Dental for 8 years. I have had 3 different dentist's who have left for their own reasons and I really liked them all. I now have Dr.Douaa and she is also amazing! She makes me feel comfortable by taking the time to talk to me about questions I may have before or after my procedures. Let me not forget to mention the receptionist’s who make it pleasant upon arrival!
