Got there on time for my app't but then had to wait a half hour after arriving. I understand things happen to delay app't times but it would be nice if someone would acknowledge you and explain the delay. Would also be nice if they could turn the TV on in the waiting area for those of us not on our cell phones. Met my new dentist for the first time and he found some issues that my previous dentist never mentioned. Kind of like taking your car to a new mechanic. My dental hygiene appointment was with Michelle. She does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth! The best I’ve ever had! She is so thorough and detailed and has a wonderfully warm personality! I would highly recommend her.
I find everyone at Southwest Dental Care very pleasant, accommodating, welcoming, and hospitable. Doctor Douaa Mostafa’s dental assistant was charming. Most of all, I want to thank Dr. Douaa Mostafa for extracting tooth root with such ease as, I understand, it was a very difficult procedure. Her outstanding professionalism was emanating from her. I am so fortunate to have Dr. Mostafa as my dentist. Dr. Mostafa, please accept my gratitude. Thank you. Thank you so very much.
I have been a patient here for almost 5 years at this point, I think. In that time I've had a tooth break and a filling fall out (not one they put in) and in both instances they were quick to get me in and taken care of. Routine cleanings are also a great experience. Staff are always very friendly and professional.
Absolutely outstanding!!! Felt completely taken care of from the moment I arrived. They turned an anxious situation for me into a very positive one. Denise and Lisa are true gems!
