I brought my 90 year old mother in this morning the staff was very accommodating to her needs. Southwest was able to do a filling which saved me having to make another appointment. Thanks Southwest! Excellent job!
I can’t say enough. Being in the dental industry myself for a very long time I was overly impressed with my cleaning. The hygienist was amazing- and I have seen many. From going over medical history to telling me everything she was doing in the sweetest manner ever. It was one of my best- if not the best cleaning appointments ever. Thank you Michelle. You do your job exceptionally well. Your attention to patient care and detail does not go unnoticed.
I have been going here for 30 years now. Dentists are all great and staff is amazing. Typically I see Michelle for my visits and we enjoy speaking French to each other but even when I have to see someone else, they are friendly and educated. My daughter has had to have a few teeth pulled and they are so caring and take their time. She also loves the treasure box where she can pick a treat afterwards.
I hadn’t been to the Dentist in 10 years, so I was pretty nervous to go again. Everyone there is so friendly, and I experienced no pain during cleaning for my 10 years of plaque build up. I don’t have insurance and yes it was expensive but anywhere you go will be the same, honestly it was cheaper than expected. Waiting times were short, they remind you of your appointments, and call if there’s a cancellation so you can come earlier. I had a small cavity filled and didn't need freezing. Dr. Yiyi had the procedure completed within 15 minutes and I was good to go. Always happy with the service here, friendly staff and medical personnel. Highly recommend!
