My daughter was at ease sitting in the dental chair. Her dental hygienist was welcoming, approachable, gentle, and fun. A good experience once again! She also took the time to answer my questions without judgement or assumptions.
Appointment was for 11:10 but they called at 10:30 if I could come in early as appointment before me had cancelled and luckily I was ready so drove down to clinic immediately. That is the second time that that has happened as I live in town. I find all personal there are so personable and always seem so pleased to see you. The work ethic is the Best! bar none and I was a healthcare worker!
Excellent service! Receptionists are very accommodating and Dr. Comeau is a top notch dentist; he’s thorough. April Emin is very attentive, explaining every step along the way.
My hygienist Jacinthe was excellent! Knowledgeable, gentle and thorough during my cleaning. Very professional. Best of all she didn't ask me a million questions while cleaning my teeth and expect me to answer (pet peeve)🙃 Overall the whole southwest dental team is great to deal with, frontline staff is amazing, efficient and friendly
After the treatment, my daughter asked me to rate 5 stars. She said the dentist is so friendly, gentle and so sweet.
