My 9 year old daughter recently had two separate appointments at SouthWest Dental. Both appointments were with the same dentists and has far been the most positive, encouraging, sensitive, understanding appointments I have ever had in my children's whole experience going to South West Dental. I would highly recommend to anyone with a child because they went over and beyond for my daughters first tooth infection as well as her first tooth extraction (first freezing). This was our first time at Southwest Dental and it was an excellent experience. The hygienist and dentist that saw my 8 yr old son were both amazing. You can tell they enjoy their work and that they work hard to make children comfortable. We are very happy to now be patients at this office.
I had broken a filling and part of my back molar during a meal at a restaurant a couple of weeks ago. Southwest Dental was able to get me in quickly for repair yesterday. I am finding that the older I get the more I am minding dental work and I also do not freeze well. The dentist and dental assistant was made aware of same and both of them were so patient and understanding. It made a difficult situation so much easier for me. Huge shout out to Marise and Michelle, you both were so kind. Thank you.
Dentist was very informative with what she was doing and why with my 10 year old son. The dental assistant was very sympathetic and encouraging. Both gave positive phrases during my son's dental work. This was April 9 2024. The week before the same dentist was good as well however there was a different dental assistant didn't seem kid friendly. The dentist / dental assistant combination in April 9 2024 I would recommend to any parents with children getting dental work done.
I ❤️ Dentist Comeau. I've built a trust in his care and that's saying a lot. I literally shake in the chair 💺 due to the bad experiences in my dental history. He and April make sure to say what's being done as they work. It helps me to keep calm.
