As a person who has a fear of going to the dentist, I am pleasantly surprised to highly recommend Southwest Dental. The staff is helpful and accomodating and my dentist is a gentle and kind woman. They take their time with me and are thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. Jo-Anne Johnson
My experience was mostly great. I waited over an hour, understably, as there was an emergency, they were very apologetic. The surgeon and most other staff were fantastic, very understanding and caring. One of the other staff, I think she was an assistant, was quite rude and condescending. I, however, won’t let one bad apple ruin the bunch. I appreciate the work they did.
All my visits, for a new dental plate, went very well. I was treated wonderfully, respectfully, and professionally. My dentist(Dr. Marise Gionet) and her assistant were kind and affable, and made me feel very much at ease. They always explained the procedures well and answered any questions I had about anything. I always enjoyed my visits there, and highly recommend their services at SW Dental.
I love Southwest Dental! A special thank you to the powers that be, who hired Carmen! She is an amazing hygienist and is an even better people person. Although I have known her for a long time, personally, she is awesome at putting you at ease when you are in her chair. She is caring, intuitive and so personable and I, (hopefully each person that has sat in her chair) can and have appreciated her.
