My hygienist Jacinthe was excellent! Knowledgeable, gentle and thorough during my cleaning. Very professional. Best of all she didn't ask me a million questions while cleaning my teeth and expect me to answer (pet peeve)🙃 Overall the whole southwest dental team is great to deal with, frontline staff is amazing, efficient and friendly

The procedure went pretty fast. The teeth I had work done to are now sensitive to hot and cold when I had no issues before. No pain no sensitivity nothing at all. Now I have I have minor issues.... Hopefully this will go away.

I've never been a fan of dental visits but going to Southwest dental has made me feel a lot more relaxed for any visits. I have found them to be very professional, extremely good at their profession, and they make it very comfortable. The numbing gel for dental cleanings is an absolute godsend. I haven't had a bad experience there yet and I've been a client of theirs for many years. I was called in off a cancellation list with in hours of calling the office to have a tooth looked at. I had a cleaning by Carmen. She was excellent. Enjoyed our conversation. Was scheduled as soon as possible to get my tooth repaired. Also put on a cancellation list.
