I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Sarah is an amazing dentist, and Nicole is equally wonderful- they are both incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout every visit. They make the entire process feel quick, comfortable, and stress-free, which I truly appreciate. I always feel well cared for and at ease during my appointments. I’m very grateful to have such a great dental team and would highly recommend them at Southwood Dental! Thanks once again Sarah & Nicole!

My teeth were healthy. I went to the dentist, and the doctor told me there was a small cavity and that they would clean it. After the treatment, my tooth started hurting and became swollen. I had three adjustment appointments, and at the fourth appointment they refilled the tooth, but it still was not okay. Also people in the reception do not tell if the insurance cover or not! They tell after so you need to pay! So so bad

I’ve been going to this clinic for years. Dr. Kevin is a very professional and experienced dentist. Theres another staff member who did my dental cleaning. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but I believe she’s one of the senior hygienists there. she’s hands down the best I’ve ever had in Winnipeg: extremely informative, always taking the time to explain everything about dental care in detail. They don't tell you in advance if you have enough insurance to pay for the procedure. Came in, thought I still had enough, then they told me only after the procedure was done. With half of my face disabled by anesthesia I needed to pay for the procedure out of pocket. I paid everything on the spot. After some time they call me again and demand more money without an explanation and say that if I don't pay it they will send collections. Our experience with this dental clinic was terrible. My husband had only one tooth extracted, but the insurance bill charged us for two teeth, even listing both specific tooth numbers. We emailed the clinic several times asking for an explanation and a solution, but they completely ignored us. No reply at all. We had to go there in person just to try to get an answer.
