We've been coming to this dental clinic for over 10 years. Even though we've moved away from Westmount, we continue to make the drive here. Staff are always friendly and engaging. Appointments almost always start on time. Staff are very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. An effort is always made to accommodate our preferences for appointment dates and times. My experience was excellent and the girls made me feel comfortable and we're personable so I actually enjoyed my appointment which many people dont understand. They made sure I was aware if what they had to do and once my tooth was extracted gave me the proper fallow up instructions. I couldn't have got any better care. I wont hesitate to come back for another appointment. 😊

Words cannot express how great everyone here has been to me. All the staff are so friendly and kind. I’ve been helped with a lot of my questions and concerns and they even go out of their way to find other solutions for me. I highly recommend anyone to come here! They make going to the dentist so much more enjoyable and relaxing :))

Dr. Melvin was amazing, especially with kids. My daughter loved him — he has such a gentle approach that she didn’t feel any pain or fear at all during her tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Melvin and the Southwood Dental Clinic. The staff were also very accommodating and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

I had a mixed experience at this clinic. The doctor was very professional, kind, and took the time to listen and help, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming. However, my interaction with a staff member named Kain was very disappointing. She came across as extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable.
