I am so very pleased with my dental implant, it was a long process. Dr. Mao I can tell enjoys his vocation he explained every step before he perform it. Thank you Dr. Mao. My dental assistants are always friendly and a supportive hand. Your reception staff is always welcoming. My last teeth cleaning I had Daniella as my hygienist, she did a gentle and thorough job. Hope she stays on with the practice. Thank again to all the staff at Southwood Dental.
I had a really great experience here. I woke up a week before Christmas with terrible pain in one of my teeth and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. Per my request I had the tooth pulled (which they got me in for as quickly as possible) and the experience was great. Dr Mao did a fantastic job and it didn’t hurt at all. I had a very unpleasant experience at this dental office. The attitude of the cleaning staff was unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my visit. They were not only unhelpful but also gave me the impression that my concerns were not important. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor service, especially when you're trusting a healthcare provider with your well-being. Always great care and attention from this dental studio. The staff are amazing, right from the receptionist, who always has a smile on her face to the hygienist who is very thorough and gentle, to the dentist who was also very gentle and explained what she was going to do.
