Dr. Melvin was amazing, especially with kids. My daughter loved him — he has such a gentle approach that she didn’t feel any pain or fear at all during her tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Melvin and the Southwood Dental Clinic. The staff were also very accommodating and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
I was extremely pleased with everyone being so helpful and doing whatever they could to help me function! The dentist and staff were very nice and my experience was good! There was only one thing negative for me as when I got home and could see better in my own mirror, I noticed the colour of the filling was not the same white as my crown, however, it doesn't matter as long as the problem was fixed. Its only noticeable by me, so I can live with that! Thank you everyone at Southwood _ ColonelTalbot
I have anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist and since the first check up all the staff have been welcoming and reassuring. Even though the event is stressful on my part, they always check in during the process many times which I like. Thank you to everyone there for making it as less stressful as it can be 😊 *unfortunately I don't remember everyone's names as there are a few different people that help out but they all have been amazing(including reception)!
I usually hate getting my teeth cleaned, but they made the experience much more bearable, provided me with supporting opening my mouth (bite block) and made sure I didn’t feel like drowning! Very detailed and careful! Jessica was awesome and now I do not dread going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned as much!
I called to cancel the appointment of my daughter cause my husband was laid off and the clerk said no the insurance usually canceled at the end of the month and she said wait I'm going to make sure after that she told yes it's gonna be canceled at the end of the month so I we went for my child's appointment. The dentist did some procedure when I was about to talk to the clerk she said that my daughter has no insurance I told them that I should have canceled the appointment but she said it's not yet canceled, now they talk to... read more
