Our family has been coming to this dental office for a while after it was recommended to us by a family member, and we’ve had a great experience every time. The team is very professional, friendly, and always makes us feel welcome. They are also wonderful with our young daughter. Highly recommended!
Dr. Melvin was amazing, especially with kids. My daughter loved him — he has such a gentle approach that she didn’t feel any pain or fear at all during her tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Melvin and the Southwood Dental Clinic. The staff were also very accommodating and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
It is such a great place, very clean, staff is super friendly and so professional. They have the most modern up-to-date technology for equipment and are able to answer any questions, confidently, and knowledgeably. They never do or tell you that you need anything unless it is absolutely necessary definitely a 10 out of 10 ⭐️’s
This will be our new dental clinic from now on. As newcomers to London, we chose this office based on the excellent reviews—and now we completely understand why they’re so highly rated. From the front office staff to the dental technician, everyone was professional, welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease. We highly recommend this wonderful clinic! I am so happy with the treatment, the way the staff makes me feel and specially Dr Mao who always takes the time to explain the procedure and makes me feel at ease. I am in the process of having 2 implants done and everything is going good.
