The office is clean and well-kept and staff are friendly and efficient. A friend had recommended Dr.Mao at Southwood for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction and following my visit I can certainly see why. Dr. Mao and assistant, Lydia were punctual and welcoming in ensuring I felt comfortable going into the procedure and explained to me in layman terms how it would go. Very rare to leave a bad review but dental care is serious and this dental studio is not safe for you and your family. A year ago I had a filling here and the doctor left to much on and negatively impacted my bite. Extremely uncomfortable and I had to go back a few days later to have it fixed in which the dentist admitted he messed up. Of course I wish it was done right the first time but was glad it was fixed and understand mistakes happen and was willing to keep going here.
