Dr. Melvin was amazing, especially with kids. My daughter loved him — he has such a gentle approach that she didn’t feel any pain or fear at all during her tooth extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Melvin and the Southwood Dental Clinic. The staff were also very accommodating and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Azadeh and her assistant Pressana. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly warm, professional, and caring. Dr. Azadeh’s attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort during the procedure really stood out. She consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay, which made the whole experience so much more reassuring. Pressana was equally amazing—attentive, kind, and supportive throughout. I truly felt like I was in great hands. Highly recommend!
Had a great dental cleaning with Beatrice. She was gentle and also very efficient and pleasant to be around. I recommend this place for your dental needs. Also, had a great experience with the front desk and at my last appointments here.
Extremely unprofessional and rude experience. I went in for my first appointment for a simple cleaning, but they ended up doing all sorts of unnecessary X-rays. The hygienist was rough and seemed to dig into my teeth, which caused excessive bleeding. Even after four months, my teeth are still in pain and extremely sensitive to sweet, cold, and hot foods.
