Hey all, Last Friday I went to southwood dental Fanshawe for dental cleaning. I had some issues with my insurance, and thanks to pranjal who was very helpful with correcting those. She contacted the insurance company and she cleared all the issue. My dental hygeinist jon Marie was soo friendly and careful with the procedure. she made sure i was comfortable and kept asking me if its painful. I had a great experience here as a new patient. Joanna was amazing, and you can tell she’s very knowledgeable. Not only did she do a great job with my dental cleaning, but she was also incredibly kind and very patient when giving me her professional opinion on a few concerns I had. The dentist and the rest of the team were also very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout my two visits.
We are very happy with the treatment that we get here. My husband who’d rather get his fingers stuck on a car door than go to the dentist, has been able to get everything he needed done because of the fantastic treatment of both the dentist and the staff. Highly recommended!
Very welcoming place. Jake (dentist) really knows the job and makes good decisions for you. Had a 2 filling procedure in about 30 mins, completely painless on my end. He knows people and he knows what you want done before you even open your mouth. Hard not to appreciate them. Would recommend a visit just to meet Jake. You will not regret it.
