Have had amazing experiences here over the last several years. Office hours are great for working people. Although there has been turnover in dentists, they have all been awesome. Always accommodating, honest, skilled, friendly and helpful. My only feedback is that front desk staff has recently changed over the last several months and it has been increasingly difficult to do insurance claims and organize appointments. Joanna was an experienced, friendly hygienist who took the time to explain everything to my 90 year old mom! The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The dentist was a pleasure to talk with. He was gentle with my mom and thorough with his check up. Highly recommend Southwood Dental if you’re looking to switch or find a dentist in London on the North west side.
Joann is amazing, I have had great experiences with her, she explains everything she’s doing, and seems to be a very caring person. Definitely an asset to your company. Also meet the new Dr. He seemed very pleasant, and also explained everything very well. Will be making an appointment soon to have some dental work done. So very pleased with my appointment.
Dr. Chevalier and his team are first rate. I am new to the London area and needed a dentist almost as soon as I moved to the area as I had a very painful gum infection. Dr. Chevalier explained exactly what was happening and how he would treat the tooth. His treatment was 100% effective and as soon as the tooth was repaired, I began to feel relief.
