I attempted to give you feedback. The office released documents to my new office that didn’t include “a new patient” exam 4 years after I had become a patient and therefore I ended up eating the cost of the exam instead of my benefit plan. Since you asked for feedback would you like me to continue? Because it doesn’t end there.

The staff at Southwood Dental are so nice and friendly, they greeted me by name when I walked in, it’s a very personable environment. Dr. Lim is fantastic, super friendly and easy to talk to. She explains everything really well and answered all my questions. She is also very gentle and checks-in often to make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend!
I thoroughly enjoy every visit to Southwood Dental Studio. The massage chairs help to create a very tranquil environment. The service quality is outstanding. I am grateful for the measures that Southwood is taking in the health, safety and well-being of all their patients. My experience with this clinic has been consistent and phenomenal. During my most recent visit, every staff member who saw me made an effort to get to know me, and the dental procedures themselves went incredibly smoothly. Dr. Rana was especially great; she has a superb bedside manner, performed all of her procedures with the utmost patience, care, and professionalism, and frequently checked in with me over the course of my visit to make sure I was comfortable or to see if I needed to take a break.
