Dr. Jake, the new dentist at Southwood Dental Studio on Fanshawe, is excellent. My first encounter with him was very positive, he is knowledgeable, kind, and has a conservative approach that aligns with my dental habits. I highly recommend this.
I attempted to give you feedback. The office released documents to my new office that didn’t include “a new patient” exam 4 years after I had become a patient and therefore I ended up eating the cost of the exam instead of my benefit plan. Since you asked for feedback would you like me to continue? Because it doesn’t end there.
The staff at Southwood Dental are so nice and friendly, they greeted me by name when I walked in, it’s a very personable environment. Dr. Lim is fantastic, super friendly and easy to talk to. She explains everything really well and answered all my questions. She is also very gentle and checks-in often to make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend!
I went there yesterday and did a cleaning, best dentist ever she was super sweet, fast and carful I would definitely go back
