I had a great experience here as a new patient. Joanna was amazing, and you can tell she’s very knowledgeable. Not only did she do a great job with my dental cleaning, but she was also incredibly kind and very patient when giving me her professional opinion on a few concerns I had. The dentist and the rest of the team were also very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout my two visits.
The service at Southwood Dental Studio in Fanshawe is truly excellent. From the first person who greets you to the doctor and assistant who perform the examinations, tests, and final treatment, you feel right at home. Scientific explanations and a doctor-patient approach inspire confidence, ensuring you receive a five-star service. I left with my problem solved and absolutely convinced that for future dental work, I won't need to look anywhere else.
I am going back just for Joanna. She’s the best hygienist I ever met. She’s very friendly and gives good advice on how to actually care for your teeth even after your cleaning. She’s why I set time for flossing now and using my tongue cleaner. I am going in to see the dentist this week and I hope he keeps up with the good service that Joanna started. The staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Joanna was very helpful, provided me advise and tips on how to care for my gums. Suzanna was nice to, always reaching out to inform me about available appointment slot.
