Ive never really had problems here until recently. The dental assistant made a claim of oral cancer without confirming with any dentist. My husband had to wait 2 weeks to see the actual dentist and she told him it was nothing. The amount of stress and anguish you put on us for 2 weeks was insane. We will be going elsewhere from now on. Extremely unprofessional to make a claim like that..People are effected by cancer and you CANNOT use that word lightly.
The staff were so kind and friendly, and Dr. Guram explained everything in great detail. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my treatment. I’m very happy with my experience!
New patient experience! Simple decor and convenient bathroom with area for coffee and water. Well fitted out with all the latest equipment. Staff very pleasant, considerate and helpful. Very attentive to my concerns. They turn a stressful experience into a more relaxed one. I look forward to moving forward with the team!
Everything from the upcoming appointment reminder text, to free parking, to setting up the next appointment before I leave; and everything in between would best be described with words like courteous, friendly, professional, personable, patient and kind. Oh, and the facility is very bright, and modern. I could go on.
Just switched over to this dentist. Absolutely a fan of how gentle she was while filling a couple teeth. This will definitely be my go to dentist for the foreseeable future! The drive is worth it from St.Thomas!
