Ive been going here for 30 years and its always been great. The front end staff always know who you are. The hygienists and assistants are always happy to be there which isnt the case in most other clinics. And hands down the best most personable dentist in calgary is Howard. Hes known me since I was a kid and we still have convos about things we talked about 20 years ago, so its always a pleasant personable experience. They know how to make a dental appointment enjoyable
I've been seeing Dr. Marcotte for many years. I trust him, and he has always done good work. More recently, Dr. Cassidy installed two implants and a crown for me, which I've been very pleased with. The hygienist, Terry, that has been cleaning my teeth for some years now is always thorough, but gentle, and the other support staff that I've interacted with have all seemed competent. I used to think dental visits were something you just endured, but Dr. Marcotte and his team completely changed my mind. From the moment you walk in, the whole place feels welcoming and calm. The team is warm, attentive, and somehow makes the experience actually enjoyable, which feels like a medical breakthrough. Great and easy check up . Even though I have a hard time getting x-rays done, these were very good. I only choked once I have a bad reflex, but it was wonderful. Staff is very very kind and helpful. Thank you LISA.
Spackman Dental is the best place to take care of our teeth. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care. My family and I have been coming here since 2019, and we have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is professional, kind, and caring. I even brought my uncle to this clinic, and he also received great care. We will definitely continue coming here in the future. I just wish Google would allow me to give 10 stars!
