I seem to find myself at the dentist more often than I’d like, but my visits with Dr. Cassidy have made the experience so much easier. They are professional, friendly, and always take the time to educate, answer questions, and make sure I feel confident about my treatment plan. My longtime dentist retired about 10 years ago, and I’m relieved to have found a new dentist I trust and wholeheartedly recommend.
I have been coming to this dentist my whole life and every visit is great. I’ve never been afraid to come to dentist, in fact I love it! This most recent visit I had to bring my 2 month old son with me and he started to get fussy right at the beginning of the appointment. The other hygienists and the rest of the staff helped me both get my teeth cleaned as well as my son to sleep. Everybody is so nice! My hygienist was super friendly and did a great job on my teeth. I recommend them to everyone I know.
This is one of those reviews I don't want to post because I want Dr. Marcotte all to myself, he has been my dentist for like 20 years or something, the guy is just the best, straight shooter, no BS, no overcharging, angelic with anxiety and stress, doesn't give me a hard time for missing appointments and not taking proper care of my teeth. If you have any concerns about going to the dentist like I do and you are worried about needing a good dentist, Dr. Marcotte is truly a blessing.
Dr Cassidy did a great job with an abstraction that I was very nervous about. Her bedside manner, patience and care for my comfort never cease to amaze me. The time she takes to explain and talk about my concerns is highly valued. My wife and I highly recommend her and her staff.
I have been going to this dental clinic for over 30 years. The care and professionalism is second to none. All the staff… the receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists and of course the dentists are amazing. On this most recent visit, I had a crown put on. All went well. The process was seamless. It is reassuring to know that I have, and always will be, treated with respect and compassion. Thank you Dr. Spackman and your wonderful staff.
