I seem to find myself at the dentist more often than I’d like, but my visits with Dr. Cassidy have made the experience so much easier. They are professional, friendly, and always take the time to educate, answer questions, and make sure I feel confident about my treatment plan. My longtime dentist retired about 10 years ago, and I’m relieved to have found a new dentist I trust and wholeheartedly recommend.
I have been coming to this dentist my whole life and every visit is great. I’ve never been afraid to come to dentist, in fact I love it! This most recent visit I had to bring my 2 month old son with me and he started to get fussy right at the beginning of the appointment. The other hygienists and the rest of the staff helped me both get my teeth cleaned as well as my son to sleep. Everybody is so nice! My hygienist was super friendly and did a great job on my teeth. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I felt welcomed the moment I arrived for my appointment from the staff at the front counter. My dental hygienist Terri was punctually and very professional. Terri's friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated: me was nervous! It has been awhile since I came for a cleaning... and when we were finished -> it was the best cleaning and was also painless. Thank you.
This is one of those reviews I don't want to post because I want Dr. Marcotte all to myself, he has been my dentist for like 20 years or something, the guy is just the best, straight shooter, no BS, no overcharging, angelic with anxiety and stress, doesn't give me a hard time for missing appointments and not taking proper care of my teeth. If you have any concerns about going to the dentist like I do and you are worried about needing a good dentist, Dr. Marcotte is truly a blessing.
Dr. Cassidy is an amazing dentist. She takes time to discuss my dental needs and find the best way to achieve them. She and her team gentle, thorough and professional. The front office staff are exceptional also!!
