I have been a regular client at Spinel Dental now for many, many years. They are kind and knowledgeable and the advise me on everything that I need to do concerning my care. I am not very fond of needles but they take their time and their no pressure mannerisms is why I return time after time. I will not go to anyone else. This I also advise others to do. The office is clean and sanitary and I have never had any issues with this aspect of the business. They are always on time and I appreciate this a lot. The dentists are okay, but are generally pushy when it comes to selling products. I always feel like I am up for criticism that I didn't ask for when I go there. The focus is less on cavity-related issues, and to quote the dentist when I asked why she would need to fix my smile, she said, "It could be better." Fantastic caring and professional staff in all departments. I have not seen a dentist in 40 years because I was terrified based on earlier experiences. However the staff at Spinel just got me through major surgery and changed my entire mindset. Highly recommend to anyone with a fear of dentist's. Spinel will look after you.
