I've been a patient here for almost 4yrs. The front of house staff is exceptionally receptive and extremely thorough in guiding you through your visit regarding insurance and go over and above to try and accommodate you with all your needs. The office is clean and inviting. The doctors are all gentle and thorough with exams and the work they perform. The hygienist are exceptional and gentle while cleaning your teeth. We were patients at this office for a couple of years, but over time, we became increasingly dissatisfied with our experience. They were especially pushy about Invisalign, which felt more sales-driven than necessary. While some of the hygienists were great, many were rough on my gums, making cleanings unpleasant. I came here after a cheaper cleaning as well, hoping to get looked at some potential cavities that was reported at the other place. They claimed I needed cleaning which I was okay, they also said after more x rays that I had around 6 cavities. I was especially surprised because 6 months before I had gotten my teeth cleaned in my home country by my old neighbour who him and his wife are PhD in dentistry.
