I was honestly really nervous to try a new dentist because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past and was scared of being judged. From the moment I walked in, that feeling completely went away. My wife and I had our first appointment with Spring Dentistry about three years ago, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The receptionists are very welcoming, and they take the time to explain all the details about dental insurance coverage, including what needs to be submitted to our plan, etc. The hygienist is consistently helpful and thorough during cleanings. The staff here are amazing especially Nicole the receptionist. They are very accommodating and willing to work with busy schedules or changing appointments. Mohamed always explains everything very well and in language that is understandable
The first impression of the Springs Dentistry is the absolute cleanliness of the office and exam rooms! Spotless! With new equipment too! The people working there are very friendly and welcoming including the receptionist, hygienist and dental assistant! We use the federal dental program and the office is totally accepting of the program. The dentist himself is very personable and actually fun to be around. The whole experience is relaxing.
