My wife and I had our first appointment with Spring Dentistry about three years ago, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The receptionists are very welcoming, and they take the time to explain all the details about dental insurance coverage, including what needs to be submitted to our plan, etc. The hygienist is consistently helpful and thorough during cleanings. The first impression of the Springs Dentistry is the absolute cleanliness of the office and exam rooms! Spotless! With new equipment too! The people working there are very friendly and welcoming including the receptionist, hygienist and dental assistant! I’m very pleased with the on line appointment option. Communication and booking appointments was fast and easy. The staff as well as the Dr was pleasant and spent time helping me feel comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to help me understand the processes and procedures. They made my service dog feel welcomed as well. I also like that the office is conveniently located for walking or using the bus and if I drive they will validate my parking too.
