The first impression of the Springs Dentistry is the absolute cleanliness of the office and exam rooms! Spotless! With new equipment too! The people working there are very friendly and welcoming including the receptionist, hygienist and dental assistant! Absolutely amazing experience! The entire staff is so friendly and understanding. I was having some awful pain and swelling and sent a message and they had me in for an examination that same day!! I ended up having wisdom teeth removal yesterday and it went so well! They are extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions I had AND made sure I was comfortable. I’m very pleased with the on line appointment option. Communication and booking appointments was fast and easy. The staff as well as the Dr was pleasant and spent time helping me feel comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to help me understand the processes and procedures. They made my service dog feel welcomed as well. I also like that the office is conveniently located for walking or using the bus and if I drive they will validate my parking too. My wife and I had our first visit at Spring Dentistry. We were able to schedule our exams together and finished faster than expected, allowing me to return to work more quickly. The staff are warm and welcoming. They make sure you are comfortable and are very knowledgeable about any problems you may have. I highly recommend Spring Dentistry if you are looking for dental care.
I have been coming to Spring Dentistry for at least 2 years now. Fantastic team, stellar treatment, they actually make going to the dentist a fun experience! May 2025 Update: Just had my wisdom teeth extraction surgery last Thursday, Dr Mohamed removed all 4 wisdom teeth and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes! Took Friday off but I was able to return to work on Monday and was already eating solid food by then. Nicole was excellent with checking in after the operation and booking me in for a follow up.
