Moving to a small town from the city has been wonderful and one of the great perks is the one on one attention, hospitality and warm feeling you get from a business that makes you feel like part of the family. The lady that answers the phone is amazing. I had the pleasure of going here today they are great. I have used others in cobourg and was not happy these people have earned my business. Great job in my opinion
If you are a nervous Nelly as i am going to the dentist. Then this is the place to go. From the first phone call to the checking in to the most gentle Dentist I have ever been to. I am now kicking myself for not finding Spring Street Dental sooner. Thank you for the warm welcome and making sure I was comfortable . See you on my next visit.
Dr. Melchionna is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! She is kind and caring. She took time to explain everything in detail and even showed me the exact problem. Her knowledge and her understanding made me feel so confident in trusting my dental work with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you Dr. Melchionna, for your kind, caring heart and putting my mind at ease. You are the BEST! The reception staff (Deb) is also very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great dental office!!
