While I may not always be the most ideal dental patient, Spring Street Dental consistently provides a comfortable and reassuring experience, instilling confidence in their ability to successfully complete any necessary procedure.
Had a teeth cleaning appointment today with a new Hygienist, Tricia. She was just lovely and sweet, and did a great job! Gentle and very considerate of her patients' comfort during the process. I know she is covering a maternity leave, but I really hopes she can stay on.
Even though they have always been great and accommodating, today was a different story. I called first thing this morning and said I need this cavity filled is there any chance you can fit me in with in the next 3 days and Eden said can you be here by 4:30pm. I obviously said yes and got my cavity filled with In minutes, she said you are done I was amazed! That's like in heard of!
The dentist and hygienist were both amazing, gentle and kind to our 4 year old grandson. He was happy and relaxed during and after his appointment
New to the area and first time visit to Spring Street Dental. What a great experience! Happy to have found Spring Street Dental and Dr. Melchionna.
