Everyone was so very openly friendly, Patient, understanding and very much accommodating.. they made me feel very comfortable and at ease and thoroughly explained what was taking place with my tooth problem along with how they could fix them and the options I have. One of the things I found most helpful For me to Understand my situation was that they showed me the x-rays of my tooth problem. Thank you. You all are a great bunch of friendly, helpful professionals.
Mentioned that the side of the tooth felt rough and would like smoothed out was told it would on its own back in June. Had to have filling fixed by another office as it was very rough feeling after 4 months and caused issues causing pain and discomfort did not feel comfortable going back to office to have it fixed wanted a second opinion where it was rough started cracking due to not being properly done. I feel this could have been prevented with the dentist slowing down and listening to what I said.
I have been going to this dental clinic since 2009 and always have had a good experience. Dental hygienist do a great job, quick and efficient. Friendly staff who keep up on new technologies.
I recently visited Spruce Ridge Dental to have some work done on my teeth. The entire staff was very professional, welcoming, and continually made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I was asked repeatedly if I felt any discomfort and was explained everything that they were doing before they did it and during. I was explained the aftercare very well and in detail and was charged a fair affordable price as I do not have any insurance.
