I have been scared to see the dentist for over 20 years. My apt today was amazing. The beautiful Jen was super sweet and understanding. The dr himself was a whole nother level amazing. From someone who was so scared of judgement and rudeness from dental professionals I have to say my apt was amazing!!!. I couldnt give this place a better rating!!! Im going to again have a beautiful smile and just thr best people to support me along the way. 10/10 recommend to anyone. What a beautiful clinic filled with such beautiful souls.
I had my initial appointment at Family Dental Care- Spruceland and the experience was great. The wait time was reasonable, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. They made sure to explain each step of the process, which I really appreciated. Overall, very professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend!
Received permanent nerve damage to my fave from an over filled root canal they suggested over an extraction. The freezing in my face lasted for over a week and was told it was normal by them and they wouldnt look into it. After the numbing didnt go away after 3 months they stopped following up with me, never followed through with any of the referrals they said they would send out for me. Ended up doing the extraction I originally asked for, its been about 1.5 years and my face still has nerve damage, I constantly bite my lip... read more
We visited Family Dental Care - Spruceland just this afternoon for my daughter's first dental check up. They were all nice! My daughter felt really comfortable. The dentists are so cheerful, patient, and awesome! We are grateful that my daughter enjoyed her first visit! More power! 🥹😍
Great experience- very patient with me and non judgemental. I was an anxious patient and they were very reassuring. My cleaning was also very thorough and my teeth look great. Thank you.
