I want to sincerely thank the receptionist jacinthe and the doctor Ankur and their staff for their exceptional help during my recent emergency visit. The receptionist was very nice and understanding, she had a very empathetic demeanour. I had 7 teeth pulled and it went by quick and after the needles for freezing basically pain free, the dentist removed them, all the while checking in to make sure I wasn’t feeling pain. Very great dentist and staff.
I had an excellent experience with Masooma. She was thorough, gentle, and very professional throughout my cleaning. My teeth feel amazing, and I truly appreciated how carefully she explained everything. One of the best dental hygiene experiences I’ve had!

I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I was told I had multiple cavities that needed urgent work, but after getting a second opinion, none of them were actually present. The clinic also made several errors with my insurance submission, which led to delays and an investigation from my insurer. Despite this, I was still asked to pay out of pocket.
