"I had a disappointing experience at Spryfield Dentistry for a mouth hygiene appointment. Despite paying a significant amount, the practitioner barely did anything, mostly just talking. No actual cleaning was done, and they even scheduled another appointment to 'finish' the work. I'm frustrated with the lack of service and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Unfortunately had a really bad experience here. I went in with discomfort & swelling. Dentist told me I needed to extract my wisdom teeth (I agreed and proceeded to book the procedure) but when I expressed my concern regarding the pain/swelling I was told to salt water rinse/take Advil. I agreed and went home. Two days later I woke up to extreme pain, I ended up visiting an emergency dentist office where they informed me that my tooth was infected.. Dr. Kaiser is wonderful and patient. I am glad that I came to such a good specialist and I can trust him not only with my teeth but also with the teeth of my children. And he also has a wonderful assistant. I rate their work like excellent.
My kids go here and the staff are very kind and The hygienist made my kids feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to everybody.
So grateful for this place. Was experiencing severe pain from an abscessed tooth, I called as soon as they opened and they told me to come in right away and I got the tooth extracted for an extremely fair price (compared to what I was quoted at other dentists- $500 plus!!) I am so thankful and feel extremely lucky. Thank you to everyone at this dentist office ❤️
