I had the most pleasant and positive experience with my first appointment today at St.Clair Beach Dental Centre, right from the time I walked in the door till I walked back out it. From Reception, x-rays and cleaning (my Hygienist was amazing) to a very thorough Dental check up by Dr.Boissonneault. After the sad loss last year of my friend and Dentist for almost 30 years, it was very difficult even thinking to find someone else. I had a dental issue that needed attention. They were able to fit me in the next day with no problem. Staff was very helpful understanding and answered all my questions. The dentist, Rob Giannotti was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for better care. He did help me out and pointed me in the right direction after assessing my issue. He’s a 5 star dentist. Thank you again!
I've had an extraction, a cleaning and a filling...all of which the staff ..reception, hygienists, assistants and dentist were supportive, informative, caring and understanding. And they always check in during the procedures to make sure I was doing ok. My dentist, Dr. Rob G, has always gone above and beyond not only during treatment but also with aftercare. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist and avoided it. But it's safe to say I'm not afraid of going to the dentist anymore.🙂
Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I've been with Dr Wickens for 30+ years. He's a rock star! ✨ Always professional and pleasant. He knows his stuff! First GOOD dentist I ever had whose excellence and knowledge are readily apparent and greatly appreciated. Will never see anyone else.
